I stayed in this studio apartment in Bologna and I felt comfortable. The location is really central, perfect for visiting the city on foot. The apartment was clean, tidy and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very attentive, helpful and responsive to every need. I highly recommend it.

The apartment we stayed in turned out to be the ideal solution. Strategic location just a few steps from the center of Bologna and right in its vibrant heart, clean, quiet apartment equipped with every comfort. The host was kind and attentive. I stayed at Francesco's Monolocale Le Ninfee for 3 nights with my husband and our 4-year-old daughter. Great location to visit Bologna, especially with small children, as you can reach Piazza Maggiore in 10 minutes on foot. Francesco was immediately helpful: at the time of booking, he advised us on where to park the car without entering the ZTL zone, and once we arrived, he suggested where to eat in the area (there are several typical osterias on the street) and what to visit, always available for suggestions or problems to solve. The studio apartment, in its simplicity, has everything you might need even for longer stays: equipped kitchen, washing machine, ironing board. A simple and good environment for those who do not have too many expectations. I recommend it and, if we have the chance, we will return!

The Water Lilies in Bologna are a place where you can stay in tranquility, in a strategic location 15 minutes on foot from Piazza Maggiore and all the main attractions. Clean apartment in a quiet condominium, equipped with all comforts, perfect as a base to explore the city. The owner is kind and welcoming, attentive (it was raining and he provided us with 2 umbrellas to go out) and thorough. We will definitely come back!

Everything is okay. The apartment is modest but functional, quiet and comfortable. Central area and the walk to the center is very beautiful. Francesco is always available and really very helpful. Very good.

The location of the B&B is excellent, just a few steps from the center and the hospital. I stayed for just one night. The rooms are clean and tidy. The communication is excellent, and welcoming you is Francesco, a friendly and helpful person. He also provided me with a couple of tips for dinner, indicating a restaurant where I ate very well and saved 10% on the bill because it was affiliated. I recommend it.

The structure is close to the center and if you do not have high expectations it is the right place. From here you can reach various destinations in the center. Parking available nearby, but pay attention to the ZTL, otherwise paid parking is a 15-minute walk back. If you book online, it costs about 7 euros per day. Francesco, the manager, if you have questions is the right person, he gives you many useful tips for visiting Bologna. His availability is his strong point.

The apartment is in a great location within the historical center, perfect for visiting Bologna, but also close to the Bolognese Viali where parking is easy. Excellent cleanliness and especially Francesco, the manager, is very caring and available for every need. Ideal for a family with the use of the kitchen.
