Our holiday home is placed at Milano art city, in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a location with a spectacular view, in the historic heart of the city nearby Città Studi. "Sidoli House" is a prestigious home where the echoes of times past linger in sounds, scents and emotions, elegant design with attention to detail, a lovely, refined building.

The structure is brand new and very comfortable, especially for those who want to reach universities like the Politecnico or the prestigious specialized clinical institutes on foot. The city center is easily reachable by subway or surface transport in less than twenty minutes. There is an excellent restaurant, a supermarket, a tobacco bar, and a copy shop below. Mrs. Francesca is very flexible with check-in and check-out times, and offers telephone support for every need. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect, from the contact with the manager, to the structure, to the room, to the use of the kitchen, everything was very well cared for and there was a lot of kindness from the manager. If we need again, we will definitely return!

The apartment was very large and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The value for money was very good especially for the area and the services nearby. If I were to return to Milan and needed accommodation, I would definitely contact the property again. The host, Francesca, is very friendly and helpful!

Unfortunately, I couldn't go to Susa House due to family problems, but I still recommend it because the managers were very kind and at the same time available in their small way to help their guests.

I booked one night at this property with my daughter. The place is in a great location, has a supermarket in front of the door, and even though not close to a metro, with buses and trams always on time, it was very easy to move around to reach the center and other places we visited. Francesca was kind, helpful, and caring towards us. It's an address I would recommend.

We had a great time at this property! Francesca was very helpful and kind. The location, perfect for us who had to reach Linate airport early in the morning, was great. Susa metro, directly connected to Linate, is behind Susa House. Convenient connections to the center of Milan as well.

We were in Milan for a concert in Piazza Duomo, we never took public transport because in half an hour on foot you can reach the Duomo. Very quiet area with easy parking. The room was very beautiful and clean, exactly like the common areas. The manager was super helpful with directions and any requests. If I were to return to Milan, I would definitely go back there!

The structure, located in a historic building, is good, very well maintained, and very clean. I had a good time with my family (wife, children, and grandchildren) and I received an excellent welcome from Ms. Francesca, who provided me with all the information about mobility and logistics of the place (public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.). I recommend everyone to stay at Susa House.
