Very good choice in Bologna during a Cosmoprof work trip. We can reach Le Terrazze with a 20-minute walk. Also, close to the bus station and taxi station. By the way, I like the wine bar near B&B.

Rather average establishment. It is quite hard to find, you have to be careful to see the small sign at the entrance of the building. The owner is very charming and welcoming. The room is rather simple, but there is a lot of dust. The bed is comfortable, but one of its legs folded when we lay down, quite unpleasant surprise. There are few electrical outlets in the room, and the one near the bed didn't even work. The soundproofing of the rooms is very average, which can be annoying when the person in the next room snores as loudly as an airplane. For the shared bathroom, the cleanliness was good. However, the broken toilet seat can provide unpleasant surprises: it is never pleasant to slip from the toilet when trying to sit down. The flush leaks. The shower hidden behind a mirror is nice, but the bathroom flooding that follows its use is not very pleasant. These points need to be improved. In summary, this place is a good solution when looking for a bed to sleep, but do not expect the quality of a good hotel.

I had to stay at this place due to a flight strike. The place is very cramped and dark. In the building, the staircase light doesn't work. The room walls have velvet wallpaper that smells of smoke. Self-service breakfast, almost nothing, with packaged snacks. The air conditioning is there, but the remote control is missing, so it cannot be used. The TV remote control doesn't have a battery, so it's also unusable. I never saw the host, I paid at the restaurant manager next to the property, which has nothing to do with it. I had to insist to get the invoice.
