Friendly and helpful hosts, house with garden, ground floor rooms without air conditioning but with fans, it would be better if there was a dehumidifier also to keep the windows closed, comfortable bed and new bathroom. Good breakfast with everything, just ask if needed. We stayed 2 nights, room tidied up but towels not changed. Very close to the sea.

Overall we had a very good stay. Clean environments. Maximum discretion from the manager. We have nothing to complain about. A very spacious wardrobe with a chest of drawers were definitely very much appreciated. The lack of air conditioning was excellently replaced by the ceiling fan's retro blades. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, but we didn't suffer from insects thanks also to the electric anti-mosquito 'stove' provided by the manager. A convenient laundry rack, provided by the manager, was very useful. Although there is no internal car park, it is easy to find parking on the public street and we had no problems throughout our stay.

The structure is located in a very quiet position, convenient to the city of Pisa. The room was large and the attached desk was spacious. The breakfast has always been abundant and the croissants were excellent, from the pastry shop. If the opportunity arises, I will definitely return. Therefore, I feel like recommending a stay at Villa Aurora.

Excellent B&B, in a strategic location both for the beach and for visits to the city. Spacious, bright and well-furnished room. Comfortable and well-equipped bathroom en suite. The use of the kitchen, which is fully equipped, is very useful. The breakfast is good with excellent fresh pastries from the pastry shop, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, toasted bread, jams, Nutella, brioche and packaged sweets, milk, water, coffee, and a good selection of tea, fruit juice, etc. The owner is kind and courteous. Good quality/price ratio. I would return.

We stayed for just one night to embark at dawn at the port of Livorno. The structure is nice, comfortable, in a quiet and strategic position for Tirrenia center and to reach the port in 15 minutes. The cleanliness was excellent, and the manager was very courteous and available. We had to leave very early and could not have breakfast on-site. A generous and varied packed breakfast was provided to us. It is definitely worth considering for future needs.

Villa Aurora is a wonderful establishment! Peace reigns, the managers are kind and helpful, and Tirrenia is a very nice location. I was also impressed by the quality of the breakfast; it is not the usual packaged croissant, it is a real breakfast with fresh pastries, milk, coffee, and fruit juices! The rooms are wonderful, there is also internet and an LED TV.
