Wonderful structure, exceeding expectations. I don't think it can be considered just a B&B, it feels like being in a small hotel with all the services and comforts! The owner Massimiliano is a nice person, very professional and empathetic. We will return to this structure as soon as possible.

Perfect for a work overnight stay, but I would gladly stay longer. Massimiliano was very helpful, serving breakfast 15 minutes early so I was able to arrive on time for my appointment.

Quiet place, very well-kept and clean. Good breakfast, welcoming and nice owners, they know how to give valuable advice without being intrusive. Outside, the beautifully kept "musical" lawn is nice. Nearby, there is a very long free beach with a pine forest behind it. Very comfortable stay.

Cozy and well-managed structure, excellent location. The welcoming and warmth of the owners make the stay even more enjoyable. Don't miss trying the delicious cutting board and sandwiches to enjoy on the lawn with a fresh beer. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Locanda del Pino for 8 days and had a great time, from the very arrival a warm and friendly welcome. After a long journey, being able to sit in the cool garden (super well-kept and soft grass) and have a nice cold craft beer at the bar on the premises, the holidays have already begun on a good note. Lots of great tips on where to eat and what to visit in line with our preferences, we felt right at home. The breakfasts are delicious, the care and cleanliness are fantastic like every person working at the inn. Thank you very much.

Massimiliano who welcomed us is truly a kind person, the breakfast is typical of a B&B, but if you ask, you will be assured of what you desire. Simple and essential room, clean, spacious, improvable in accessories. Well connected site between the main roads to reach the places to visit in the surrounding areas of Puglia and Basilicata.

We don't have much to say since we stayed for only one night. However, it's a nice structure immersed in the green countryside, close to the town. They gave us the small apartment with two large rooms instead of the triple room on the first floor, since it was available. Comfortable beds, but there are a few things to review in the room, like the lack of a mirror and the cots in the room with single beds, a bit dated. However, comfortable mattresses and a spacious terrace to enjoy after a day at the sea. Parking close to the structure. The owners are very kind, ready to meet any request. They are also adding a nice bar to the structure. I would say it's excellent if you are used to using B&Bs and accepting simplicity. Otherwise, there are hotels. I forgot. The cleanliness is good.

Very nice experience. Wonderful welcome from the managers, Massimiliano and Rosalia, kind and helpful. Quiet and family-friendly structure, bright, clean, quiet. A 10-minute walk takes you to the sea, or to the pine forest. We will definitely come back.

We stayed for 5 days with two children, the structure is welcoming, it would need some more comfort, maybe a table and some chairs outside, and some shelves in the bathroom. The sea is beautiful and clean, very clear water, suitable for children. Disappointment regarding the town, very dirty, garbage everywhere, and little entertainment so a 👌 for the structure, a 👌 for the sea, a 👎 for the town.

My holiday at the Locanda del Pino was more than I imagined, a treatment for the body and spirit. The brightness and clean scent of the room pampered my stay, waking up to the birdsong, I have no words to express the feeling of peace I experienced. Nothing disturbed me and the discretion of Massimiliano, the manager, is mixed with a brotherly friendship. Moreover, the walk to the splendid sea in the golden sand of Ginosa Marina is a remedy to fill yourself with positive energy. I will return, thanks Locanda del Pino.

Nice, welcoming, well-located facility (distance from the sea: about 1 km), quiet and very clean. Breakfast includes classic juices, tea, coffee, cappuccino, jams, rusks, plumcake and then the highlight: warm pasticciotti with cream and sour cherry. The manager was very helpful and kind. I will come back.

Locanda del Pino is perfect for anyone looking to spend their holidays in a serene and relaxing atmosphere: clean and bright, the structure is equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning, to the breakfast room, to the minibar in the room, to the massage air. Staying here means feeling at home, especially thanks to Massimiliano, the owner of the structure, always kind and helpful, and his staff. An efficient and economical shuttle service supports the distance from the sea, about 1 km. We, "The girls from 4", recommend everyone to stay at Locanda del Pino.

We are returning from a week-long vacation spent at Locanda del Pino. We had a good experience from every point of view. The place is very peaceful and has a good location both in relation to the sea and to areas to visit in both Puglia and Basilicata. To reach the sea, you can choose from 4 options: on foot (you can get there in 10/15 minutes), by shuttle for 1 €, by renting a bike, or by car (although parking by the sea is difficult in high season). Breakfast is only sweet and fruity, but varied and plentiful. Massimiliano (the manager) and Rosalia (his assistant) are very kind and helpful. The room was always tidy and clean. Massimiliano says there will be news for the future (like a bar in the structure), but we feel confident in recommending this B&B as it is. Serena and Andrea.

The Locanda del Pino B&B is definitely one of the best bed and breakfasts I have stayed at. The rooms are kept very clean and are quite comfortable. If we add to this a fairly abundant breakfast and the availability and courtesy of the manager, we get everything we need when we want to spend a holiday in complete tranquility.

We spent a few days (from August 30 to September 2) at this B&B located in a quiet area. This B&B has the ability to make you feel at home. Spacious room, very clean environment. Excellent welcome, abundant breakfast and of excellent quality. Kindness and maximum availability of Massimiliano (the manager) and Rosalia (his collaborator). Definitely one of the best B&Bs in Ginosa Marina and recommended for those looking for a place to spend a quiet vacation.

I definitely give it a 10 and if I could have given a higher score I would have certainly done so. The Locanda del Pino is a small bed and breakfast that has everything a traveler needs to spend a few days in tranquility. I am a regular guest of the facility and I was there last time just this weekend. The rooms are very clean and Massimiliano (the manager) is a wonderful person. He is always available and ready to meet any kind of request. Moreover, the facility is very close to the town center (which in summer is an ideal place for holidays), however its strategic position allows you to definitely find parking, but above all to rest peacefully both during the day until late hours and in the afternoon, and then in 2 minutes you are at the sea. I will definitely return.

We stayed at the B&B from August 17th to 25th. The structure is new, tasteful, and the environments are clean and welcoming. With the manager, we immediately felt at home, as he was friendly but never intrusive. Availability and friendliness are a given. Moreover, the location is strategic for a vacation far from the crowds, for those who love to visit small towns full of culture and intense flavors, with kilometers of wild beaches in protected areas that can be reached by bike, crossing a beautiful pine forest.
