Thanks for the nice stay for 3 days. Clean and pleasant room. Great view from the terrace. Breakfast was sweet in typical Italian style - fine for me. Walking distance to the Center approximately 10-15 min. I can recommend it.

Marina and Paolo are excellent hosts, always available and flexible. The venue is amazing. If we'll ever come back to northeastern Sardinia we'll surely get in contact with them again.

We booked the Marina room, spacious, comfortable and clean with an en-suite bathroom! The property has an excellent location, very close to the center (a pleasant walk), very close to a bakery and Eurospin. The view is spectacular and it is well-ventilated! A special note to the couple Geron: very attentive, full of advice about Sardinia, the beaches, the area, the services and the local culture! Thank you for everything and for the special gift! We would come back!

After many years of visiting Sardinia, I can say that this property is definitely the best I have found. The B&B is in an optimal location, being a few hundred meters from the center and on a slight hill where ventilation is not lacking, a very important aspect on hotter days. The B&B is located in a very beautiful villa and tastefully furnished. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a balcony, air conditioning and fridge. The breakfast is Italian style and really nothing is missing: croissants, jams, fruit juices, hot drinks, bread. It is also possible to have something prepared on the spot. The managers are truly exceptional, very courteous and always available when needed. We really felt at home. We will definitely return.

A fantastic villa in a panoramic position overlooking San Teodoro, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the village. The perfect combination of proximity to the center (10 minutes on foot) and distance from the hustle and bustle. Cleaning is always meticulous and impeccable. Hospitality then takes the lead. The feeling of staying at Villa Geron is that of being hosted by close relatives/friends you haven't seen in a long time. Marina and Paolo are a fantastic couple with a story behind them and an interesting world to tell you about, of which they always manage to involve you and make you part of it. Highly recommended!

The bed and breakfast is located in a quiet area where you can reach the city center on foot. The owners are very hospitable and make you feel at home. Mrs. Marina was able to give us many tips for eating, having an aperitif, and for the beaches. The breakfast was very abundant, the room very nice. We will definitely come back!

We stayed for 5 days, great Bed and Breakfast solution, well managed. The owners, Marina and Paolo, managers, are a very helpful couple. Very spacious rooms, the bathroom is well arranged and very spacious. All the furniture is new and of excellent quality. A mention of the breakfast: excellent, with a wide choice. We were very lucky to find the Bed and Breakfast Villa Geron, which we highly recommend and to which we will certainly return.

The splendid B&B villa is located in a quiet and slightly elevated area of San Teodoro, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Nevertheless, in less than 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the center of San Teodoro. The room where we stayed was small but extremely clean, the external bathroom did not affect the comfort of our stay. A definite highlight is the hospitality and courtesy of the 2 hosts, Marina and Paolo, who made us feel truly at home. Abundant breakfast with top local products. Highly recommended!

Great Bed and Breakfast in a peripheral location, but allows you to reach the town with a short walk. Good breakfast with fresh croissants, very kind and competent Marina and Paolo. Really an excellent choice.

Perfect B&B for structure, location, and friendliness. A few steps from the center of San Teodoro, easily reachable on foot, Villa Geron, thanks to the hospitality and availability of the owners Marina and Paolo, offers everything that any tourist desires when deciding to visit this little corner of paradise: proximity to the beaches, comfort, and privacy. Absolutely recommended and worth trying again.

We spent only one night in this splendid B&B, but we had a great time and we were awakened by the aromas of a rich and delicious breakfast. I do not think there is anything else to add. The ratings reflect what this structure offers. Go there!
