Description
Agritur Giovanazzi recently built, offers a pleasant and friendly environment just a few kilometers from Garda lake.

There are 7 rooms (double, triple and family rooms) and an apartment with a panoramic terrace, flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms, the apartment also includes a kitchenette and an outdoor dining area. Free WIFI is all over available in the hotel.

The service at our farm includes breakfast, at buffet style, in the harvest season you can have fruit and wine from our company!
The family Giovanazzi want their guests to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a family atmosphere with authentic flavours.

There are also available in the garden beach chairs, tables and bench seats, play areas for adults and children (slide, swing, sandbox and shed, table football, ping-pong and soccer goal), storage for sports equipment (bikes, motorcycles, climbing equipment, boards and sails, etc.) and car parking.

The Agritourism has a few bikes that puts at your disposal.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 15 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 14 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 90% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 90% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax

Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price

The property is nicely located in a vineyard 3 km away from Riva del Garda and same distance to Arco with the castle and the old town. The house is well built, new, light and spacy and convinient fournished. We had a warm welcome by the owner although we came 2 hours earlier and disturbed them by farm working. You have to buy all things you need for the daily life, but there is a small store close to the loation.

Tutto perfetto. Stanza impeccabile. Lorena e Stefano gentilissimi. Posizione strategica fuori dalla confusione di Riva ma comunque vicinissimi. Peccato che il cattivo tempo non ci ha consentito di godere anche degli spazi esterni. Alla prossima!
