Nice small bed and breakfast in a very central location. Everything is there that you need. Two minor things are that the host does not speak English and the bed is not the newest. But she was very nice and we managed in Italian. And we slept good in the bed anyway.

The accommodation is close to the center and the station! The living spaces such as the kitchen and bathroom are spacious and equipped. The staff does not speak English, making communication complicated: this is the only downside!

The apartment is located in an old building, in a good location close to the city center. The apartment is relatively dark and the furniture a bit dated, but everything is clean. The shared bathroom and kitchen were spacious and reasonably well-equipped. The owner doesn't speak English, communication was somewhat difficult.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is located in a building under the arcades and dates back to the nineteenth century. The room was spacious and the heating was excellent. Breakfast is self-serve but there are biscuits, jam, chocolate, rusks, ground and instant coffee, instant cappuccino and a gas-powered machine. Two refrigerators are available. The apartment's location allows you to walk to both the bus station with connections throughout Italy (and beyond) and the train station. In short, what can I say: we absolutely recommend it.

I spent 3 nights and felt good. I occupied a room and used the kitchen and the shared bathrooms. The breakfast is simple with coffee and tea, toasted bread, cookies, and muffins always available for guests, which I appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. Only the Wifi was weak or completely absent in my room, perhaps because it was on the edge of the apartment.

I stayed at this bed and breakfast for one night, in view of a commitment with the university. The structure is located in a very central position (10 minutes from the central station, just over 5 from Via Zamboni). The room was quite spacious, equipped with all comforts and very clean. The shared bathroom and kitchen were very well equipped. Excellent quality for price! The owner was very kind.

Dignified structure, very scarce breakfast. However, there is a kitchen available. By making a small grocery shopping and cooking for oneself, it is possible to avoid depending on restaurants or fast food.

Everything was perfect! Apartment in the center, clean and comfortable. The only improvement I would suggest is the breakfast: maybe adding a coffee machine or just some milk or juices for those who are lactose intolerant would be an added value since we, for example, could not take advantage of it despite having it included in the price for this reason. Everything else was perfect.

Apartment with multiple rooms and shared services, located in a central street busy and noisy at night. The fixtures manage to reduce the noise quite well. The cleanliness is ok, the check-in and check-out are easy and punctual. The environment is spartan, with a shared kitchen and the possibility to use it.

The breakfast needs improvement, it wasn't served, which is understandable, but it is very poor. Three packaged items, the coffee wasn't good and there wasn't even milk (apparently it's impossible to find small milk packages in Bologna). Alternatively, they could have provided yogurt and fruit juices. Other than that, everything else was good, cleanliness and hospitality. The room faces the street and is very noisy with the window open.

Spacious apartment, with a fan, facing the street at night there is a lot of noise, but it's enough to close the windows. The building is historic, apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator. Well cleaned also the linen and towels. Center reachable by foot, all parking spaces are paid.
