Michele is an excellent host and has several properties in Rapolano. Honestly, we have always been satisfied, but this time only a room remained in a new property that we did not like at all. There was a musty smell, outdated furniture, and a terrible view, since the room faced a wall that leads to a garage. Apart from the electric radiator in the bathroom and the location, I hope I will not have to sleep in this new property again in the future but in one of the other delightful places.

It was a nice surprise this Bed and Breakfast. Unbeatable stay. Thanks to Mr. Michele and Mrs. Chiara, very kind and helpful. Beautiful room with all the comforts and excellent breakfast. I hope to be able to return at the first opportunity. Thank you.

The structure is not new, but very well-kept and welcoming, with a pleasant little garden, but above all the managers were very kind and extremely helpful. They solved a big problem for us, with an intervention that was not due and outside working hours. Highly recommended.

Alle Terme B&B is not just a Bed and Breakfast, but an elegant place where you experience the atmosphere of another era. Furnished with antique furniture, the breakfast served with silverware makes it sophisticated and magical.

Really nice accommodation, very friendly owners with whom we spent a very pleasant half hour at breakfast. Excellent breakfast with products both homemade and not, and availability of gluten-free products. We were really satisfied.

The property is located in the woods and for this reason alone deserves top marks. Nature is the absolute protagonist, perfect for those who love immersing themselves, as well as for those who enjoy long walks without much difficulty, quickly reaching the town of Rapolano and the La Querciolaia thermal baths. The managers are very attentive, courteous, and helpful, ready to fulfill any request. Absolutely recommended!

Single house with three large rooms with bathrooms, not far from the center of Rapolano. Breakfast included with everything available. Furnishings not luxurious, but everything functional. I found myself very well.

Upon the recommendation of Diego, a young man who works at the 'Stadio' car workshop in Rapolano Terme (I hope not, but if you have car problems, like in my case, I recommend turning to him), I arrived at the Bed and Breakfast 'Alle Terme'. Welcoming me, kind, smiling, and very helpful, I met Michele, the owner of the property located a stone's throw from the main road of the town. The villa, where he grew up and which has now been transformed into a B&B, belonged to his grandparents, and despite being carefully and meticulously renovated by Michele, it retains an ancient flavor. Do not imagine the standard classic room because you are heading in the wrong direction. I slept in the 'green' room of the Olive tree in a double bed with fragrant white sheets. But you can choose between the 'Vine' (red) and 'Wheat' (yellow) rooms. Each room is equipped with amenities, air conditioning, and TV. In the breakfast room, you will find an exquisite selection of sweet and savory delights, and everything you need will be stored in the 'Grandma's' cupboard covered in red Varese paper, to understand, the one with the Florentine lilies. There you will find everything! From the most famous hazelnut cream in the world, to Cornflakes of every quality, to jams and preserves, and a variety of fruit juices. Ample parking and garden. Needless to say, but not taken for granted, the Bed and Breakfast 'Alle Terme' is accessible to disabled people. If you have never visited these 'lands of Siena' starting from Rapolano Terme, you must go. Words are not enough to describe them, it seems to be immersed in a Renaissance painting. The panorama is typical of the Sienese clay hills, with farmhouses and castles framed in green, vineyards and olive trees that nod to the cypresses among expanses of gray and ochre lands that leave you breathless. If I had no other commitments, I would have undoubtedly extended my stay at 'Alle Terme' because besides what the territory offers, at Michele's Bed and Breakfast, I felt at home, and this does not happen every day. Thank you, Michele, and goodbye Rapolano. P. S. The Central bar, where I met Mireno, the barista with a heart of white and black stripes, a fan of Nicchio and a Bruscello actor, is open every day, all day, at least until two in the morning. Great welcome and friendliness.

Comfortable structure located in a quiet area near the thermal baths, friendliness and kindness of the manager, we will definitely come back.

Excellent value for money. Good location for a stay at the thermal baths but also for excursions to Siena and Arezzo. Well-furnished and clean rooms. Abundant breakfast. The managers Michele and Eleonora are very friendly and affable. We will probably come back.
