The location is excellent, it's clean, spacious for 2 people, and overall an excellent value. \n\nHowever, there are some things that could be improved. The breakfast choices were modest, so we opted to eat breakfast either outside or in the unit. The kitchen could be better equipped. For instance, there was no kettle for hot water, and only 2 small cups were available. \n\nFor security purposes, there should be a combination to punch in order to enter the building.

This is an excellent Bed and Breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was in good order and very clean as well. It was located in a very good position in Trieste, within walking distance of the train and bus stations as well as all major sites. I would thoroughly recommend it. My only complaint was that there was quite a lot of noise from the cleaner of the language school above very early in the morning even on the Sunday.

Incredible location at the end of the Grand Canal, and next to the Serbian Catholic Cathedral, within a few minutes' walk of the main plaza, old town, and other sites. Nice room in an old palace with 12-foot high ceilings. Very nice breakfast served. Only complaint is the bathroom was a little small.

Très agréable! Nous étions en famille avec 3 enfants. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Cristina et le très bon petit déjeuner. L'emplacement du centre est idéal La barcolana est festive, il y avait un peu de bruit dans le rue le soir sinon le quartier est calme Nous recommandons ce B&B !

The room is located in a historic building in Trieste. The location is really great, central to the historic center. Of course, you have to leave the car in a nearby covered parking lot for a fee, a highly recommended solution, and walk around the city. We were 4 people in the accommodation. There is also a kitchenette in the accommodation that we did not use. The owner is really friendly and helpful. We confirm that we found a very good room to visit Trieste.

A few minutes walk from the Grand Canal and 10 minutes from the bus/train station in Trieste. Furnished very well, very comfortable bathroom with everything needed for washing. There were also pods to make coffee. Easy and fast communication with the host. Highly recommended.

The B&B is located in a historic building from the '700s, completely renovated. The rooms are spacious and quiet, also equipped with a small fridge. The location is very central, on the Grand Canal, a few steps from Piazza Unità of Italy, and about ten minutes walk from the Station. Very convenient to get everywhere. The communication with the owner, very helpful, has always been problem-free and the information very clear. Absolutely recommended.

The bed and breakfast is located in a splendid building, large rooms well furnished and with all the comforts, then it is in a beautiful area with everything convenient. The manager is a very helpful and kind person. Breakfast was provided, but we preferred to have it in one of the typical cafes in Trieste. I absolutely recommend it.

Historic building with an excellent location on the Grand Canal. Beautiful and clean rooms, with new services and all comforts. The people at the reception are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there are offices on the upper floor. At 6:30, the cleaning staff arrives, turns on the vacuum cleaner, the TV at high volume, and no more sleep.

The structure is in a very central location, in a pedestrian area, overlooking the church of Sant'Antonio, on the first floor of a historic building. The check-in was very easy, the owner left the keys on the reception desk and the great autonomy in entering and leaving the structure is really the best. Clean room, brand new bathroom. The breakfast has everything you need, sweet and savory. Stylish decor and relaxing colors. It almost feels like being alone in the structure, quiet and discreet, superb. I will definitely come back.

I really liked the room. Beautiful shower and comfortable bed. The location was great and the value for money was excellent. The staff is really very kind. All 10 rating (although I didn't try the breakfast, but there is a bar right below). If I have to make a note, the adjoining room is separated by a door. Fortunately, there was no one because I didn't hear any noise. The same cannot be said for the nearby bars (Saturday night music at full volume), but unfortunately that does not depend on the structure and by closing the two windows the noise is greatly reduced. I absolutely recommend it.

In the heart of Borgo Teresiano, beautiful. Structure in a splendid historical building. Parquet on the floor. Very comfortable bed. Large shower. We missed the view, which I imagine was very beautiful, due to the scaffolding in front of the window (room 5). Excellent double windows that insulate very well. The room was a bit dark (always due to the scaffolding?), maybe a little more light would do it more justice because it really deserves it. We didn't have breakfast at the property to enjoy Triestine coffees but I saw croissants and coffee pods in the hall.

Ideal location to visit the beautiful Trieste, in the center a stone's throw from everything; we were greeted by Cristina with extreme courtesy and availability; well-furnished and air-conditioned rooms, abundant and varied breakfast; the location in the ZTL requires the small sacrifice of having to use a paid parking lot, however reachable on foot in a few minutes. We will return and definitely recommend it for a short stay in Trieste.

Ponterosso Suite: voto 11! Situato in centro e pratico per il parcheggio ed il turismo. Ambiente curatissimo e ben tenute. La stanza n. 3 ampia e dotata di ogni comfort. La responsabile della struttura ci ha accolto molto bene ed è stata carina e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Vale la pena soggiornarvi. Consigliatissimo!

Posizione centrale in un bel palazzo con ascensore. Cristina è molto gentile e disponibile. La camera è pulita, molto spaziosa e calda. Materasso comodo e piccolo bagno con tutto il necessario. Bella la vista sul canale e nel periodo Natalizio sulle casette del mercatino. Possibilità di colazione in loco o al bar sottostante.

Gestori disponibilissimi, gentili e molto simpatici, davvero delle brave persone. La struttura è centralissima, di poco meno di un anno di vita, si trova al piano nobile di un centralissimo palazzo sul Canal grande, poco più avanti della chiesa serba ortodossa (molto bella). Ci sono in tutto 7 camere di cui una suite (che abbiamo potuto visitare ed è veramente molto bella). Noi abbiamo utilizzato la camera 2 che si affaccia sul Canal Grande ed è spaziosa e curata. Il letto ampio e comodo, con cuscini altrettanto comodi. Bagno in camera ampio e curato. In tutta il piano è presente un parquet antico che, giustamente, fa quel rumorino che ci si aspetta da un legno datato, ma è bello così. La colazione è servita dalle otto del mattino ma su richiesta si può averla prima. Si ha varietà di dolce e salato, di buona qualità. Nel complesso Ponterosso suite è una soluzione molto bella, molto comoda e con un rapporto qualità prezzo veramente vantaggioso. Carina e con dei gestori molto professionali, sento di consigliarla vivamente a chi vuole soggiornarvi sia per vacanza che per lavoro. Ci ritorneremmo molto volentieri.

Ottima struttura in palazzo storico del pieno centro (isola pedonale). Camere confortevoli, ristrutturate di fresco e arredate con molto gusto e qualità. Letto molto morbido, deve piacere il genere. Gestori cordialissimi e pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Colazione ok, no reception 24h, ma numero "di emergenza" sempre disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente.
