The location is great, being within easy suitcase-wheeling distance of the train station and the Leonardo Express to the airport. There was a good choice of restaurants and cafes immediately outside the front door. There is an efficient elevator.

The reception staff are tidy, polite and really very approachable. The property is located in the Termini area, just a step from the station, with truly everything around it. Not to mention the room: clean, spacious and very bright.

Excellent property. In a small space there is an extremely comfortable bed, elegant furnishings, a minibar, a jacuzzi for two, a TV, an open wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and a complete set of toiletries. Everything was very clean and elegant. Good breakfast. I had booked a lactose-free breakfast, but it had not been noted; they went out to buy it and in a few minutes everything was resolved. The location is excellent: 5 minutes from Termini station and the possibility to leave luggage even after check-in. The property offers snacks and drinks all day at very low prices.

Everything was fine, we are satisfied. I would suggest, since it costs little or nothing, offering a small bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival. Also, for the kettle provided, it would be appreciated to have some sachets of instant coffee or tea. Breakfast was excellent and varied.

The location is very convenient for walking or using public transport, but the room does not match the photos. It has dated and worn furniture. The bathroom needs improvement: there are broken tiles on the floor, the shower head is full of limescale, the sink plug is missing, and there is no bidet. The shower curtain, originally white, is now yellow. Some wall sockets are not working.

Comfortable because it's close to Termini station and the city center. Cleaning and furniture can be improved. Having stayed only one night, it was a good solution for me at an affordable price.

Friendly staff, they gave me the room with a double bed even though I had booked a single bed. The only flaw was the bathroom, the shower area invaded half of the toilet bowl and taking a shower with the curtain closed to avoid getting dirty was an adventure.

I paid 104 euros for a triple room, a slightly high price. The location is excellent, 150 meters from Termini, with bars and restaurants below the structure, very professional staff, clean room with a beautiful view, clean, hygiene products in dispensers, excellent breakfast for just five euros (toast, croissant, juice, coffee and cappuccino).

I had the pleasure of staying at the New Orleans property which impressed me with the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. There is nothing more annoying than entering a hotel room and finding traces of dirt or dust everywhere, but here I found the opposite. The room where I stayed was perfectly clean, with fresh and fragrant sheets and towels. In particular, the bathroom was one of the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. All surfaces were impeccably clean, without stains or traces of limescale. Even the shower tiles were sparkling. But not only cleanliness made the difference in this stay, the heating also worked perfectly. Despite the rather low outside temperature, inside the room there was a cozy and comfortable temperature. This made the stay even more pleasant and relaxing, allowing me to rest and enjoy my time in the hotel to the fullest. In summary, I highly recommend this property for its impeccable cleanliness and the perfect functioning of the heating.

Very convenient structure close to Termini station, small room but equipped with everything you need. The only note I feel like making is the slightly uncomfortable bed, not double but two single beds close together that moved with the slightest movement, it might have been more functional perhaps to use a double mattress cover to keep the mattresses together. Apart from that, everything is fine.
