Staying at Ibiscus with Luca was one of the most unique and charming experiences I have ever had! The rooms are very beautiful and have everything you will need, with amazingly comfortable beds. I was staying in a room with a shared bathroom, but it was always clean, as they come in and clean it. The breakfast was really good and had as much coffee as you like, but it didn't have any salty food. I didn't mind, just a disclaimer. The location was great to start exploring the city from the south and go in any direction you like, easily by walking or using the metro. Near the hotel, there is also a supermarket open 7 days a week. As for our host, Luca, what can I say! He was very kind, willing to give us the best advice, available whenever we needed to ask a question, and overall a very thoughtful person. If I ever come back to Rome, I will definitely be staying here.\n\nOverall 10/10. Very pleased with my experience.

The bed and breakfast is well located, near the Re di Roma metro station, has shops nearby, the rooms are comfortable and have heating. Additionally, the breakfast is varied and plentiful. The building is quiet as well as the neighborhood.

This place is perfect for those who want to spend a few nights in Rome. It is a small house with three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small kitchen. One of these rooms has a private bathroom, while the other two are shared with the rest of the house. The room we had with the shared bathroom was clean and had a very large and comfortable bed, perfect for resting after exploring the city. Breakfast is included and you serve yourself, but it offers a lot of sweet variety to recharge in the morning. I highlight the great kindness of its owner, Luca. He is a wonderful person who from the first day gets in touch with you and helps and facilitates things a lot to make your stay perfect, also it is appreciated that he knows how to speak Spanish. I definitely recommend to everyone who wants a place to rest and have breakfast to stay here.

Luca is super kind and helpful, the room with bathroom is well-finished, clean and detailed, in a private setting. Very convenient location in terms of transportation.

Excellent experience at Luca's B&B. The structure is brand new, equipped with every comfort, well-organized spaces, and clean environments. The check-in system via magnetic card is efficient. Additionally, Luca has been attentive and caring towards all guests' needs. Highly recommended!

The structure is in a strategic location, 5 minutes from metro A. The environments are very clean and the room is very well-kept and quiet, away from the capital's traffic. Despite the heat of the period, the internal temperature remained perfect; there was, however, an air conditioner that I never had to use. Very kind and 'perfect host' the owner who made himself available immediately for any problem. If I had to come back to the area, I would have no doubts: B&B Ibiscus!

Excellent facility both for the location and for the structure itself. I was alone, but the manager reserved a double room for me. I was really satisfied with the cleanliness and the comfort of the bed. Clean and well-kept environments. Reachable in 20 minutes from Termini and in 30 from FCO by a train that stops 5 minutes away from the facility. The area is well served by buses or trains and there are 2 supermarkets within a 500 meters radius. The manager was super attentive to every little thing and very helpful.

Very welcoming, quiet, clean rooms, equipped with the necessary comforts. The manager is very friendly and above all really helpful, paying a lot of attention to the guest without ever being intrusive. The room was newly built, the staff regularly carried out cleaning works, absolutely nothing was missing from what was provided. It is located in a fairly quiet residential area, a short walk from both a metro A stop and a metro C stop and, at least personally, it was a comfortable and convenient accommodation from all points of view.
