Very nice and well-kept Bed & Breakfast. Not very noisy and warm, clean rooms. Friendly, nice, and very helpful host. Convenient place to reach Rho fair and quite close to the Rho train station.

Unfortunately, the structure that hosted us is not up to the 176€ spent. The room had a blocked radiator and as a result, the environment reached an unsuitable temperature for sleeping (35 degrees), the beds are not beds but rather two broken and very dirty sofa beds, ending with the breakfast which was truly the icing on the cake... 176 spent very very poorly.

Dirty room with a musty smell, ants under the shower mat, spiders, crushed biscuits left in the room for the 'guests', wardrobe with broken shelves, sheets that, in my opinion, were already used. We booked for one night with breakfast included (which we did not use, nor were we refunded). At 5.50, the staff starts preparing for breakfast without caring about the time... they shout, sing, joke around... waking everyone up... After a warning to the staff... THEY CONTINUE! From there, we were forced to leave the room... Upon leaving the room, the owner, without saying good morning or apologizing, exclaims: 'you can leave the keys to me!' so we decided to skip the paid breakfast and no one had a problem... I did not expect a 5-star hotel but at least kindness and politeness after paying 148 euros without a receipt for one night.

Excellent structure. A beautiful garden outside with hammocks, swings. Tensile structure for breakfast always heated in the garden. Great TV and shower. Comfortable bed. Ample parking outside. The TV and the shower were the highlight of my room: truly top-notch. I will definitely come back.

Great B&B. Sleeping well, the beds are large and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. The shower is superb with multiple sprays. Breakfast is served in the inner garden in a heated tensile structure. No parking issues outside. The room was well heated. 32-inch TV. Double towel set and fast check-in.

I had the opportunity to stay at this B&B with my boyfriend for a weekend, to meet some friends. Great location being close to the highway and, fortunately, to the city center, where our friends live. We were welcomed by Maicol, the owner, a young and friendly guy. Good value for money also in terms of breakfast. Definitely, if we come back to the area, we will choose this property.
