You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Siamo stati veramente bene. Tutto ciò che abbiamo trovato sul sito coincide con la realtà. Il proprietario è gentile ed è sempre disponibile. L'appartamento è pulito ed è nuovissimo e molto curato da tutti i punti di vista.

Bellissimo appartamento, nuovo e ben arredato, pulitissimo, gestore molto gentile e disponibile celere nel rispondere alla richiesta fatta. A pochi passi comodissimo Supermarket aperto h24. Unica nota dolente trovare un parcheggio.

Pulitissimo e comodissimo, praticamente appena aperto, abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, per una visita medica alla clinica Pio X, che si trova a 300/400 metri. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata molto premurosa e gentile, l'appartamento che ci è stato assegnato era fornito di tutto il necessario, asciugamani, set cortesia anche le ciabatte, in cucina vi era la macchina del caffè Nespresso con delle cialde offerte gratuitamente. Zona tranquilla, a 200 m dalla fermata della metropolitana. Vicinissimo a un supermercato e a tanti ristoranti, pasticceria e bar per colazioni a 50 metri. Il nostro riferimento a Milano, complimenti.
