Hidden among the natural beauty that characterizes Lake Como, Casa Pini offers a haven of tranquil elegance in Griante, just a few steps from the shore and the Cadenabbia dock. Surrounded by a large sunny garden, this cozy facility is designed to ensure comfort and relaxation, with three tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with an independent entrance, private bathroom, and living area, perfect for spending intimate and serene moments.

The rooms feature practical tables and chairs, both inside and outside, allowing guests to enjoy meals al fresco, immersed in nature. The village is located in the most touristy area of the lake, about 500 meters from the shore and a short walk from Tremezzo, famous for its botanical garden of Villa Carlotta. Michela was extremely nice and attentive. I felt comfortable asking her questions about activities and pleasantries about the room. The room, when booked through the site, is extremely good value. The location was perfect for me as I was looking for a non-touristy place. The only downside was that the room got hot because of no AC, but that’s barely a problem as that would be a lot to ask. Would book again!!!

This property was perfect for our stay in Griante, Italy. We were visiting family and sightseeing in the area. Our host was waiting for us when we arrived with a warm and friendly welcome. A lovely view of the mountain from the little terrace with chairs and table. The property was secure, quiet, and comfortable. I would happily stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Pini. It is a lovely B&B, the location makes it seems like you're in a cabin in the mountains, but the lake is only a 10-minute walk away (uphill on the way back but nice after a big dinner!). Great facilities (kitchenette and outdoor garden all to ourselves). Micaela was very helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

We could not recommend this B&B highly enough. The location in Griante was perfect for exploring the lake, and at only a 20 minute stroll along the lake from Tremezzo, guests have their pick of numerous quality bars and restaurants. The facilities were excellent, the room well cared for and maintained, and the outdoor space a wonderful boon during the hot summer months. There is a ferry port in Cadenabbia (10 minutes downhill), along with a popular lido and a small, well-stocked supermarket. The standout feature of this accommodation however is without doubt Michela, the owner. Guide books in several languages can be found in the room, along with a carefully constructed folder containing maps, timetables and pamphlets on villages and tourist destinations around the lake in English, Italian, French and German. Michela herself was also generous with her time and advice, and clearly takes great pleasure in her work. The care and attention to detail put into this accommodation by Michela results in a wonderfully relaxing environment, and I would gladly stay at Casa Pini on every visit I make to Lake Como in future.

The situation is not ideal but we knew it beforehand. The area is noisy, the bells ring constantly, people empty their glasses in the glass container nearby at any hour. Mosquito zone. The accommodation is quite small but we were out visiting every day so it wasn't problematic. The wifi is almost non-existent, the 4g did the job. The weak point of the accommodation is the kitchen. There is no space to store food and especially not enough dishes. No microwave. We found a greasy pan in the cupboard. We had half or a third of a sponge for washing dishes and only one dish towel. For 440€ for 4 nights and 18€ of taxes, we found it excessive.

The hosts have become very dear to us. We feel very comfortable at Michela Pini's place. The kitchen offers everything you need for a holiday. The lake is reachable on foot in 5 minutes. We have been to Casa Pini for the third time and look forward to the next holiday.

We really liked it, the location is as described, a bit above Lake Como. We expected a room and had a newly renovated apartment with garden use - although there was no view of the lake, it was still quite romantic. Always recommended!

I had booked just one night at this property, but I felt so good, first for the room which was spacious, equipped with a kitchenette and a small living room, outdoor area with tables and chairs, second for the location, great for reaching the lake on foot, not even 10 minutes away from the town center and the ferry arrival point, third for the kindness and availability of the owner Mrs. Michela, and last but not least, the price, definitely good, especially considering the area we are talking about, Lake Como.

A quiet place, green, accessible on foot from the lake. The village is very nice with a pedestrian-only historic center. The Bed and Breakfast is located in a new building with more than sufficient equipment. There are parking possibilities and the people are kind and helpful.

We had a very good time in the little apartment, which is new, spacious and quiet. The large beech tree at the beginning of the street is wonderful, as is the historic center of Griante. In less than an hour of walking, you can reach the church of San Martino, from where you can admire the lake. A strategic location to visit the lake by land, by water and by mountain. Maximum freedom of movement and discretion. Thank you, Michela.
