Lovely B&B, very well located in a quiet and green property just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The room was rather small but nice and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and delicious and the host was a charming and highly cultured lady who spoke perfect English, with whom we had rich conversations. I will happily come back.

I arrived with a sprained ankle (injured on the Via Francigena), so I was delighted to find such a charming spot to sit with my foot elevated. Selita was kind enough to lend me her own walking poles so I did manage to make my way up through the olive grove to have a peek at Orvieto. The B&B is close enough to Il Centro that my husband didn't mind going up and down to bring back take-out for me after that -- and we had delicious breakfasts each morning sitting around the table with other guests enjoying interesting conversations (in English and Italian, Selita being fluent in both and a very good host). We will surely go back here and not only because I want to be able to walk around Orvieto properly now that my ankle is mended, but also just to sit in that beautiful spot, among the olive trees with hills and valley spread out below us... (Oh, and the rooms are very comfortably and tastefully furnished).

We spent 2 nights at Casa Selita and we had a great time both for the location close to the center that could be easily reached on foot and for the beautiful structure immersed in the greenery of the Orvieto countryside. If you need days of absolute relaxation in this place, you will find a small corner of paradise. Mrs. Selita is a fantastic hostess and her breakfasts provide moments of conviviality that will make your stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, see you soon.

Great property, very beautiful and well-kept. Perfect location, in 5 minutes on foot you reach the center of Orvieto. The owner is very kind and helpful. The only downside is the lack of card payment, which in my opinion is absolutely necessary nowadays.

B&B CasaSelita is a beautiful and welcoming place. We were in a not very large but delightful room, with a small terrace. The breakfast is excellent and prepared by CasaSelita who also made us find the homemade Easter pizza. CasaSelita is an excellent host who will give you advice on what to see and where to eat. The location is perfect, surrounded by greenery, but 3 minutes walk from the elevators that go up to Orvieto. You feel at home, highly recommended!

Ideal location to visit Orvieto and at the same time relax in the middle of nature. Impeccably maintained structure, delightful rooms and friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. We will definitely come back.

We stayed during the Easter weekend. The structure is really beautiful, as well as the location and the courtesy of the manager. They are always ready to provide directions and suggestions for visiting the area. It is great for reaching Orvieto on foot, Civita di Bagnoregio, Bolsena, and Todi by car while enjoying unique landscapes. Definitely worth trying again.
