Great and friendly place. Easy access to the boat stop. \nMy only other comment is that the picture of the breakfast plate on the rooftop led me to believe all guests have access to the rooftop.

Rialto 1082 is such a great find. The location is exceptional, just a 2-3 minute walk to the San Silvestre vaporetto stop which takes you anywhere in the city. The hosts are such lovely welcoming people who epitomize genuine hospitality. Nico is a true elder gentleman and Damiano was so helpful. Every suggestion he made was absolutely the best choice.\n\nWe would recommend this lovely B&B to everyone.

My daughter and I recently stayed at this lovely B&B in a great area (just far enough away from Rialto Bridge to feel like ordinary Venice, but really so close you were anywhere you wanted to be in 10 minutes. Ie 10 minutes to all main tourist locations, with plenty to see right on your doorstep. Also great restaurants, cafes and bars all nearby. Tide was very high in Venice too so everyday water covering San Marco Square and along the grand canal. Owners provided us with Gum boots to wear which was great. The owners (father and son team?) were very warm and friendly and made us feel at home, and gave us very helpful tips. We stayed in a very clean two singles room which had everything we needed. Very clean and nice bathroom. Breakfast was good, with two cups of real Italian espresso or cappuccino coffee which made it even better. I love good coffee. Free internet always a plus for me, although only reachable in the lobby. I would definitely return to this place: no real complaints about anything. Excellent value, friendly people, amazing location for tourist sites but yet felt like real Venice for Venetians. Restaurant/wine bar opposite was amazing too so go there. Highly recommended.

Nico and Damiano run a very nice B&B. It is in a great location, close to the major tourist sites. It is easy to find from the San Silvestro Vaporetto stop. They serve a nice breakfast to get you started in the morning and the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels and B&B's in Venice. The only drawbacks were the room and bathroom were small and if your room faces the front of the building, noise from the alley below is amplified (generally quiet though). Do yourself a favor by staying here and saving money to spend on other things in Venice. You will not regret it.

We stayed at the Rialto 1082 during the Venice Carnival 2017 with my partner. The location is very good, 5 minutes from the Rialto, 15 minutes from Piazza San Marco. We were very well received by Damiano and his father. Damiano gave us a lot of advice and good addresses to buy masks. He knows Venice like the back of his hand and made our stay very pleasant. I highly recommend it! See you in Avignon!

A wonderful stay at Rialto 1082: I will definitely return when I come back to Venice. \nI only have positive comments to share: \n- Rialto 1082 is quite close to the tourist areas but it is still in a very quiet street. \n- Damiano is very welcoming and was extremely helpful during our stay. He gives great advice and you can trust him. \n- The rooms are clean, the bedding very comfortable, and the bathroom impeccable!\nIf a hearty breakfast is not a priority for me, it is rare enough in Italy to mention it. \n\nThank you again Damiano!

In general, the B&B is of very good value for money, Damiano and his father make the stay very cozy. It is very well located, well equipped, with a private bathroom which is quite an achievement in Venice and the breakfast they offer is very varied and plentiful. I definitely recommend it and will return.

Wonderful B&B, very central, a few steps from the Rialto Bridge. The staff is very attentive and friendly, they helped us solve many doubts and did us a great favor in a personal request. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, they prepare the coffee you want, they have fresh pastries, very good cold cuts, cereals, juices. Very spacious room with good amenities, very comfortable bed, complete and clean bathroom. I would definitely return to the same accommodation.

I stayed with some friends one night in this B&B. It is in a very close location to the Rialto Bridge, very convenient for visiting the city. The owner Damiano was very kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast plentiful. On the day of departure, we were also able to leave our backpacks at the B&B and pick them up in the evening without having to carry them with us while visiting Venice. We stayed one night, in the spacious and charming attic with an attached terrace, from the terrace you can see the rooftops of Venice and the view of the bell tower of San Marco, Damiano the manager was extremely helpful and very kind. The B&B's location is very central as promised, the room is clean and the manager is very kind. However, my single room was tiny, bare and sad, with a very small bed, like those emergency ones. The breakfast is good, but it was not served on the rooftop terrace as shown in the site's pictures, but in a closed room. I'm sorry.
