Great and friendly place. Easy access to the boat stop. \nMy only other comment is that the picture of the breakfast plate on the rooftop led me to believe all guests have access to the rooftop.

Rialto 1082 is such a great find. The location Is exceptional, just a 2-3 minute walk to the San Silvestre vaparetto stop which takes you anywhere in the city. The hosts are such lovely welcoming people who epitomize genuine hospitality. Nico is a true elder gentleman and Damiano was so helpful. Every suggestion he made was absolutely the best choice. We would recommend this lovely B&B to everyone.

My daughter and I recently stayed at this lovely B&B in a great area (just far enough away from Rialto Bridge to feel like ordinary Venice, but really so close you were anywhere you wanted to be in 10 minutes. Ie 10 minutes to all main tourist locations, with plenty to see right on your doorstep. Also great restaurants, cafes and bars all nearby. Tide was very high in Venice too so everyday water covering San Marco Square and along the grand canal. Owners provided us with Gum boots to wear which was great. The owners (father and son team?) were very warm and friendly and made us feel at home, and gave us very helpful tips. We stayed in a very clean two singles room which had everything we needed. Very clean and nice bathroom. Breakfast was good, with two cups of real italian expresso or cappucino coffee which made it even better. I love good coffee. Free internet always a plus for me, although only reachable in the lobby. I would definitely return to this place: no real complaints about anything. Excellent value, friendly people, amazing location for tourist sites but yet felt like real Venice for Venetians. Restaurant/wine bar opposite was amazing too so go there. Highly reccommended.

Nico and Damiano run a very nice B&B. It is in a great location, close to the major tourist sites. It is easy to find from the San Silvestro Vaporetto stop. They serve a nice breakfast to get you started in the morning and the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels and B&B's in Venice. The only drawbacks were the room and bathroom were small and if your room faces the front of the building, noise from the alley below is amplified (generally quiet though). Do yourself a favor by staying here and saving money to spend on other things in Venice. You will not regret it!

Nous avons séjourné au Rialto 1082 durant le carnaval de Venise 2017 avec mon compagnon. La localisation est très bonne, à 5 minutes du Rialto, 15 minutes de la piazza San Marco. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Damiano et son père. Damiano nous a donné beaucoup de conseils et de bonnes adresses pour acheter des masques. Il connait Venise comme sa poche et a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Je recommande fortement! Ci vediamo in Avignon!

Un magnifique séjour à Rialto 1082: j'y retournerai sans hésiter quand je reviendrai à Venise. Je n'ai que de bons commentaires à transmettre: - Rialto 1082 est assez proche des quartiers touristiques mais il est cependant dans une rue trés calme. - Damiano est très accueillant et il a été d'une aide précieuse pour notre séjour sur place. Il est de bons conseils et vous pouvez vous y fier. - Les chambres sont propres, la literie très bonne et la salle de bain impeccable! Si le petit dej copieux n'est pas une priorité pour moi, c'est assez rare en Italie pour le signifier. Merci encore Damiano!

En general, el B&B es de muy buena relación calidad precio, Damiano y su padre logran que la estancia sea de lo más acogedora. Está muy bien ubicado, bien acondicionado, con baño privado que es todo un logro en Venecia y el desayuno que ofrecen muy variado y en cantidad. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré.

Maravilloso B&B, muy centrico, a unos pasos del puente Rialto. El personal es muy atento y amable, nos ayudaron a resolver muchas dudas y nos hicieron un gran favor en una peticion personal. El desayuno es abundante y buenisimo, ellos se encargan de preoararte el cafe que deseas, tienen bolleria reciente, embutidos muy buenos, cereales, zumos.. Habitacion muy espaciosa con buenas prestaciones, cama muy comoda, baño completo y limpio. Sin duda volveria al mismo alojamiento.

Sono stata con delle amiche una notte in questo B&B. È in una posizione vicinissima al ponte di Rialto, comodissima per visitare la città. Il proprietario Damiano è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Le stanze sono molto pulite e confortevoli e la colazione abbondante. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo potuto anche lasciare gli zaini a B&B e ritirarli alla sera senza doverli portare con noi visitando Venezia. Grazie Francesca Daniela Luisa Miriam Marta.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti e mi sono trovata molto bene. Il gestore è gentile e disponibile al punto che, non riuscendo a trovare la via, ci è venuto incontro. La posizione è decisamente ottima, vicinissima al ponte di rialto, varia e abbondante la colazione, pulitissima la camera e comodo persino il materasso, da rifare.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, nella ampia e graziosa mansarda con terrazzino annesso, dal terrazzino vista sui tetti di Venezia e vista del campanile di San Marco, Damiano il gestore disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Colazione abbondante e ricca, pulizia ottima. posizione eccellente, a ridosso del ponte di Rialto, 5 min a piedi da San Marco. È stato un bellissimo Week End.

La posizione del B&B è molto centrale come promesso, la stanza pulita e il gestore gentilissimo. Però, la mia stanza singola era minuscola, spoglia e triste, con un letto piccolissimo, tipo quelli di scorta. La colazione buona, però non era servita sul terrazzino del tetto come si vede nelle immagine del sito, bensì in una stanzina chiusa. Mi dispiace.

B&B davvero molto bello, in zona centrale a pochi passi da Rialto e dalla fermata del vaporetto. Gestore molto gentile e cordiale, abbiamo seguito i suoi consigli sulla scelta del ristorante tipico e sui luoghi da visitare. Lo consiglierò ai miei amici che vorranno visitare Venezia!

Sicuramente da consigliare anche per il prezzo, che nonostante il mio soggiorno in giorni di festività (ponte del 25 aprile), ho trovato conveniente, considerata sopratutto la posizione centrale.

Il B&B rialto 1082 è ad un passo dal ponte di rialto, in una posizione comodissima e piena di negozietti, è pulito e molto carino con bagni in camera forniti di tutto.. il gestore è stato molto accogliente e pieno di accortezze, che dire oltre che lo consiglio e che io ci tornerò di sicuro.
