The B&B Oltres is located in the heart of a typical 18th-century house from Ampezzo, beautifully restored and carefully furnished according to local traditions. Immersed in the tranquility of the Campo area, surrounded by woods and meadows, our refuge offers a cozy oasis of peace, just three kilometers from the lively center of Cortina d'Ampezzo. This historic residence narrates a recent cultural heritage, being located near the birthplace of the famous painter Titian.

The elegantly furnished rooms reflect the authentic style of the Dolomites, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Guests can choose between a double room with a private bathroom and another versatile room that offers the option of accommodating a double bed or two single beds, accompanied by a dedicated bathroom located across the hall. Every morning, the aroma of a delicious breakfast welcomes our visitors, promising a refreshing start to the day.

My son and I stayed at Michela’s B&B for eight days and absolutely loved it! We were in the area for a hiking trip, and the location couldn’t have been better. Campo di Sotto is a peaceful spot, yet just a 30-minute walk through a beautiful meadow brings you to the lively center of Cortina.\n\nThe B&B is also just steps from a trail leading to Croda da Lago—one of our favorite hikes—and close to several campsites, where you’ll find a restaurant, a café, and a small grocery store. We had a car and found it very easy to reach all the trailheads for the major peaks we had planned to explore.\n\nMichela was incredibly kind and welcoming. She shared lots of helpful advice throughout our stay, which made a real difference. Our room was just what we needed, with plenty of drawers and closet space that made us feel right at home. The house itself is beautiful and full of character, and it stayed nice and cool during the hot summer days. The homemade breakfasts were also delicious!\n\nI highly recommend this place for both short and long stays. If I return to Cortina one day, I’ll definitely stay here again.\nThank you, Michela, for your hospitality!

Michela's b&b is an affordable stay very close to Cortina's city center. The room was small but what I expected for the price. We had a private bathroom across the hall. Breakfast included bread, pastries, cheese, yogurt, muesli and sometimes eggs, and it was served at a set time of 8 am. Michela also offered some great hiking tips.

Small room unfortunately quite humid. Accommodations in Cortina are very expensive for the quality offered.

E' condivisibile anche da altre persone il fatto che, l'offerta a Cortina sia mediamente alta, legata soprattutto alla sua fama ed alla sua incantevole ubicazione, trovandosi in un magnifico luogo, al centro di maestose montagne che le fanno da cornice. Per quanto riguarda il nostro b&b è stato varie volte catalogato per offrire una buona qualità-prezzo ai suoi ospiti. Le auguro la prossima volta, di informarsi meglio rispetto ai luoghi verso i quali nutre delle aspettative, così avrà modo di scegliere con più cura ed essere soddisfatta a pieno delle sue scelte. Friendly welcome from the owner. Beautiful views of the mountains from the accommodation and magnificent hikes to do near Cortina. A bit far from the center of Cortina, requiring you to take the car to go to the restaurant.

Michela is an extremely nice and very helpful host; even oat milk was provided for breakfast. The accommodation is right at the bus stop, ideal for the slopes.

My son stayed in the structure. He found a welcoming environment and appreciated the kindness of Mrs. Michela. The room was large and had all the space. There is no storage for boots and skis, but with the other available spaces, he managed to resolve it calmly.

This bed and breakfast is a beautiful Ampezzo house just outside Cortina (5 minutes) in the Campo di Sotto area, very quiet and surrounded by greenery. We had a very good time, excellent cleanliness, decent breakfast but not comparable to those found in other structures especially mountain ones but at the same time very good! Mrs. Paola, who replaced her daughter Michela for that week, was very kind to us for any request or information and we bid her farewell with sympathy! Comfortable ground floor room that we appreciated because of our little dog, equipped with everything with a comfortable bed. Even the bathroom in the room is not bad if it weren't for the tub, unfortunately not usable as a shower (a splash guard would be enough!) but this can be a subjective judgment and I say it more as a suggestion. Anyway, I thank you for the hospitality that I liked especially for being a bit off-center from the center of Cortina but at the same time comfortable! Thanks to Michela who kindly, when she returned, made the last breakfast for my husband with an excellent plate of eggs and bacon! If we happen to be in the area again, we will gladly return!

I stayed, with my family, at the 'Oltres' property of Mrs. Michela. I chose the room with a bathroom as, being disabled, it was more comfortable for me. The structure is very beautiful, the rooms are on the ground floor and easy to access. Good breakfast! Mrs. Michela is an excellent "tour guide" in recommending places and attractions, accessible even to me. Let's see if we can come back again for a few days in August!

Great location for those who want to stroll but also well served. The bus passes 20 meters from the front door. Great welcome. Abundant breakfast. Too bad we stayed only a few days but work called!
