A perfect place to stay in Venice for a couple of days. It is 7-8 minutes from the bus and train station, where you can also take a vaporetto, which is very convenient for arriving and leaving Venice. The building is very lovely, I had a mansard room with a window to the sky. It is quite spacious, cleaning is done every day, you have a kettle in the room and there were always some sweets on the ground floor, very cute. And the host was reachable via whatsup, so I had no problem booking and extending my stay. Highly recommended, good quality, reasonable prices.

There is good value for money. The hotel is less than 10 minutes' walk from the train station and bus station. The place is charming and I recommend it for short stays like mine. The room was clean. For the price offered, you should not have too high expectations otherwise you need to pay more. Not disappointed at all with my stay especially since I was able to leave my luggage all day after check-out.

Très bien situé, endroit calme, loin des rues bruyantes mais déception par rapport à l'insonorisation des chambres, pas d'eau chaude parfois et qualité médiocre du petit déjeuner, aucune variante dans les produits proposés (les produits locaux seraient les bienvenus) aucune utilisation de la TV avec seulement 4 chaines. Personnel très à l'écoute.

The best: the location and the decoration of the courtyard with flowers and plants. Very quiet room. Comfortable bed. The manager, very friendly, provides useful information. The reception is at the Malcantón hotel, around the corner. The worst: very small shower, dirt on the headboard of the bed, ants. Although the cleaning was generally correct.

It is a very nice and cozy place. It would just need a bit more attention to details, a more accurate maintenance to raise it in the rating. However, it is recommendable. The owner is a very kind lady and the staff adequate. It is located in a charming corner and easily reachable on foot from the station. It has a mini garden full of flowers.

The structure is a bit old, but all in all not bad. Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. The staff is not very helpful and not very friendly. Very poor breakfast. We arrived at the property at 8:00 and the room was delivered to us at 13:00, uncomfortably wandering around for 5 hours under the sun. Following the request for lactose-free milk due to intolerance, we were told to go buy it.

Faccio presente che anche voi avete lasciato in ritardo la camera dopo un nostro sollecito e alla richiesta della reception, dopo aver lasciato i bagagli free per riprenderli nel pomeriggio, se tutto era andato bene è stato risposto "ok" e anzi chiesto la marca del latte che era stato di vostro gradimento. Ci si meraviglia di tale commento, comunque si ringrazia e distinti saluti.

Siamo stati alla locanda Gaffaro in 4, la camera era spaziosa, vicina alla stazione, gentili i proprietari. Causa covid la colazione era servita in camera, essendo in 4 il tavolo risultava un po’ piccolo, ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Da Piazza San Marco dista circa un mezz'ora a piedi.

Posizione strategica per l'arrivo ma anche ottimo punto di partenza alla scoperta di una Venezia conosciuta ma soprattutto sconosciuta al turista. Accoglienza, pulizia e gentilezza del personale rendono piacevole e confortevole il soggiorno. Consiglierò ad amici questo B&B per un piacevole soggiorno nell'indimenticabile Venezia.
