Villa Paggi Country House, nestled in the greenery of the Ligurian hills, represents an exclusive retreat just eight kilometers from the stunning beaches of the Levante Riviera. Converted from an ancient stone farmhouse from the 19th century, the structure has been completely renovated according to the principles of bioarchitecture, ensuring comfort and sustainability. The towns of Santa Margherita and Rapallo, along with enchanting locations such as Sestri Levante, are easily reachable by car. We had a short break in this adorable country house. Perhaps it was the off-season or the strange situation we have all been living lately, but being the only guests there during our 4-day stay. We felt like the place was all ours, which for us was fantastic. We had the 2-bedroom apartment plus a private terrace with breathtaking views. We visited many places by car (Portofino, Genova) and others by train (CINQUE TERRE/LA SPEZIA), all easily reachable from the structure. Alessandra and her husband were wonderful hosts and would definitely recommend their beautiful country house to friends and family.

Very well located and well-kept B&B. Alessandra was very warm and provided us with a lot of information/tips and recommendations for activities and restaurants. It's a beautiful spot in Liguria to explore and the B&B comes highly recommended. It's a bit off the beaten path, but also very suitable for a relaxing day in the beautiful garden.

We stayed 3 nights in this location and we can only recommend it without problems. Every aspect is endorsed without hesitation. Everything is beautiful, the structure, the rooms, the view, even the blonde lady who tidies up the rooms. The owners are very helpful and pleasant people to chat with. Very attentive to cleanliness and hygiene in every situation. The breakfast room is very nice and the food offered is good and varied, from sweets to cakes to small surprises every different day. Yes, the road is not the best but just go slowly and be careful and there are no problems. We stayed with the holiday bonus but we were pampered as if we were long-time customers. We will definitely come back.

Very beautiful structure, splendid views. The managers are very friendly and reliable, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the highlight is the large terrace. The location is also excellent, which, despite being elevated, allows you to reach the main coastal towns in 10 minutes. It would be nice to come back in autumn to see how the panorama changes.

Beautiful structure on the hills near Chiavari with a fantastic view from our room. Spacious room, comfortable bed, the welcome was very friendly. To try for the excellent welcome, the willingness to tell us and explain what to visit and taste in the surroundings. The structure is new, with a beautiful panoramic view; in the evening it seems to see from the windows of an airplane all the way to the sea. Breakfast, prepared with homemade products, from sweets to fruit - is a great satisfaction, to try.

Excellent welcome. Kind and ready-to-give-advice managers. Large and bright room, tastefully furnished. Very pleasant and relaxing breakfast area. The black and white photos of actors sipping coffee keep company and make you feel a bit like 'characters' while the background music helps to start the day well. The only 'flaw' is the lack of espresso coffee! I recommend Villa Paggi to all those who intend to spend a few days in Liguria in a renovated ancient oil mill.

Very beautiful structure that knows how to combine ancient and modern. Old mill completely renovated with taste, respecting the environment. The owners are kind and competent. The only 'flaw' (for me a virtue) is the not very convenient location for the sea.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention that the two owners reserved for their guests. Upon our arrival, the owner provided us with detailed maps and guides to visit the major tourist attractions. The breakfast offered consisted of exquisite cakes and jams prepared by Gianluca. The cleanliness of the rooms is also well cared for. The availability, kindness, and courtesy of the two owners marked our stay at Villa Paggi. I absolutely recommend this structure.
