A stunningly beautiful place to relax and discover the Marche region. Residenza La Conica is a lovingly renovated building with a beautiful garden that offers plenty of space. The care with which the owners renovated the property is evident in everything they do. Thomaso and his mother Paola provide loving, unobtrusive care. Thomaso brings fresh pastries and sandwiches every morning upon request; he gives the best tips for restaurants, handles reservations, and also recommends excursions in the surrounding area and sights, sending the best routes and parking information. We are already looking forward to spending time again at La Conica with the fantastic hosts Thomaso and Paola.

We absolutely loved staying here! The studio was perfect for the two of us. The air conditioning worked very well, which was extremely important since we were there during a big heat wave. The pool was one of the nicest I have ever experienced, and Tommaso was a fantastic host, more like a friend, really. The only thing I'd suggest is adding a few more items to the kitchen, since there are no restaurants close by and you will need to cook your own food. I would 100% stay here again. It's tucked away and the narrow roads can be a bit stressful (if you're easily stressed by that, like I am), but it is very close to the beach and many other places to see in this beautiful part of Italy. I wish Tommaso and his family all the best; they were born to host people!

We really enjoyed our stay! With a lovely friendly host that gave us many good tips and was always there if we had questions. The building and garden were both pretty and had a magnificent view over the hills and fields. The Hospitality of this family owned was amazing. We definitely recommend it!

Everything about our stay at Residenza la Canonica was just perfect. Great host, great location, just a great place to be. Our little daughter aged 14 months was just happy all the time during our stay and Tomasso fulfilled every single wish. It's like holiday at a friend‘s house. We surely gonna return!

It was a wonderful stay in Residenza La Canonica with an outstanding view. The atmosphere felt very good; it made us feel very welcome. The place is a little paradise. Nice big apartment with both historic and a modern twist. The host Tomasso is very kind and gives you all there is to know about the area. The property lies in the countryside, but the beaches and historic cities are nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Residenza la Canonica, mainly because of the unprecedented hospitality of the owners Tommaso and Paola. Tommaso gave us good suggestions for restaurants and things to do and was extremely helpful when we experienced a problem with our car. The location is excellent with breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside. The garden is beautifully arranged with a nice pool with deckchairs and nice places to have a drink in the afternoon or enjoy a self-prepared dinner. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Pesaro and Fano have nice historical centers with lots of restaurants, some nice museums and there is a good beach between these two small cities. The only thing we missed was an air conditioning in our apartment as it was very hot during our stay. Anyway, we hope to be able to return to this little paradise in Le Marche!

This place is simply fantastic. The dear Tomasso and his mother Paola are wonderful people. Arriving at the property was already great (welcome drinks!). The hosts are friendly and in a good mood all the time and give the best recommendations, for example the beach (chalet a mare) and restaurants (Yankee = fish; Juri = ice cream). Just to mention a few. The property is about 15 minutes off the coast and the two beautiful cities of Pesaro and Fano. We'll be back some day!

I rarely write reviews and give ratings but this time I just had to appreciate our hosts. Tommaso and his mother are the most engaged, helpful and kind hosts I have met. We've been at Residenza la Canonica for 1 week (3 adults and 2 very energetic kids). The location was spectacular, within a 10-minute drive from the sea and center of Pesaro, but far enough not to be bothered with traffic or party noises. The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean with all the necessary equipment. The yard had plenty of room for kids to play on grass or at the pool. The Jacuzzi was also a nice add-on. But what stands out the most is the hosts' attitude that made our whole stay :)

A small corner of paradise from which you don't want to leave. The Canonica is a farmhouse expertly renovated, respecting the ancient features. Spectacular view and peace of nature. Beautiful farmhouse in the hills of Pesaro, very spacious rooms, super pool and whirlpool, very good breakfast. Tommaso and Mrs. Paola are excellent managers, welcoming, always available and discreet. If you want a relaxing holiday surrounded by greenery, this is the right place!
