We really enjoyed our days at Maurizio's place. He made sure we felt very welcome as guests, his tips were very valuable. The room was nice, the bathroom practical. Only downside: the scaffolding on the facade...unfortunately we couldn't use the balcony.

The accommodation is as described, very good location, top room, air-conditioned, nice small bathroom, snacks available, reliable host, helped us very successfully to book a parking garage. Thank you very much. Everything is top!

There are 2 very positive aspects of this property: the location and the owner Maurizio. That said, the room is also well arranged, there is ample space to move around, clean and with a small balcony to get some fresh air, which is nice. Very good value for money! Finally, a nice touch to leave a kettle and some snacks in the room. Absolutely recommended!

The location is very convenient, just steps away from the main streets and the port. Maurizio was really helpful, the room was beautiful, clean, and bright. The bathroom is private, clean, and complete with all necessities (hairdryer included), but outside the room. Maurizio also booked the garage for us to leave the car, very close to the apartment and with good rates (15€/day in our case, with a Fiat Punto). Highly recommended!

L'appartamento dista 10 minuti dalla stazione Piazza Principe ed è quindi nel centro della città. La camera è molto spaziosa e graziosa. C'era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno: acqua e succhi nel frigorifero, bollitore per caffè o tè, asciugamani, asciugacapelli. Il gestore è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno.

Maurizio è una persona attenta e molto disponibile, il suo B&b è molto accogliente e pulito, la posizione è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione Genova piazza principe e è a dir poco ottima per chi volesse visitare l’acquario e il centro storico, che altro dire 10 e lode Grazie Lucia e Giada

Voglio solo precisare che non c'è colazione, mi fa piacere far trovare ai miei ospiti dei dolci e la possibilità di fare un the o un caffè e avere a disposizione un frigo dove trovare acqua e succhi e mettere in fresco delle proprie cose. Maurizio.

Posto fantastico e atmosfera rilassante. Gestore sensibile e attento (difficile non lo sia un insegnate di yoga!). Letto comodissimo. Siamo stati a Genova tante volte e questo è il miglior posto dove abbiamo dormito in tanti anni. Lo consigliamo a tutti i viaggiatori.
