Villa Tozza is a historic period residence recently renovated, located in the heart of Senigallia, just a few steps from the lively city center and the beautiful Ponente Riviera. This elegant Art Nouveau building spans two floors, covering a total area of about 200 square meters, and is surrounded by a lush garden of over 500 square meters, where majestic trees and equipped areas for relaxation can be admired.

On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a spacious kitchen and dining room, where a rich buffet breakfast can be enjoyed, featuring homemade cakes and pies, fresh croissants, and juicy seasonal fruits. Excellent facility, hospitality, and cleanliness. Very nice apartment and very close to the center. A bit further from the sea but still easily reachable with a 10-minute walk. I definitely recommend it.

The owners are very kind and helpful, the structure is new, well maintained, clean and elegant. Towels, bathrobe, and slippers are provided for each guest (which is sometimes not even found in hotels). The location is practically perfect, it's a 5-minute walk from the center and the port where you can choose whether to go to the eastern or western beaches. We will definitely come back.

We stayed three nights at this B&B and we really enjoyed our stay. The structure is very recently renovated and shows great attention to detail that can make the guest feel really comfortable: air conditioning, safe in the room, spacious bathroom. There is a living space at the entrance with a large fridge available to guests, a coffee machine with a wide assortment of pods to use at any time, not just for breakfast. In the external garden, with a very well-kept lawn and large pine trees providing shade, there are tables, deck chairs, and a very pleasant whirlpool tub; furthermore, all around the exterior perimeter, an automatic system diffuses a natural mosquito repellent. The room offer also included the exclusive use of two bicycles for the entire stay, truly suitable for exploring the city freely. Alice and her husband are very helpful people, with whom it is pleasant to have a chat, generous with advice on staying in Senigallia, and you can tell how passionately they have created this B&B, small but delightful.

Recently renovated structure with taste and attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness. Located in the center, a strategic position to easily reach both the sea and the historic center on foot, no problem for parking. Although breakfast was not included, we had the opportunity to make ourselves a coffee in the morning. Mrs. Alice was kind and very helpful. A very pleasant stay, although short, absolutely recommended!
