This is now the third time I have spent my vacation in this residence, and every time it confirms: a perfect place to relax and regenerate. Located in a quiet area, right in front of the beach, it offers a spectacular sea, especially ideal for families. The accommodations are clean, well-kept, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, not to mention the terrace available to guests with a solarium, hot tub, and bar area. But the added value is the owner: always available, kind, and welcoming, she makes you feel right at home. The small village also deserves a special mention: a pleasant walk along the promenade, evening markets, restaurants, and typical refreshment points where you can enjoy excellent local dishes. Highly recommended! We will definitely return.

Among the dunes, excellent comfort. I was with my family in August 2021 at Residenza Le Dune and I must say that the location is truly excellent, being just steps away from the sea in a quiet place and well served for everything you need. The professionalism, availability, and courtesy of the owner Leyla and her tenacious mother are truly remarkable and certainly help solve any problems during the stay. We had some, but the availability of the owner Leyla solved everything. The only difficulty, but not dependent on the residence, is that the beach of Marina di Pescoluse is mostly free and, except for a few exceptions, there are no bathing establishments, so you either rent equipment (from the numerous renters everywhere) or do a bit on your own. The sea in front is enchanting, although its transparency constantly changes because it is greatly affected by marine currents and winds (with the sirocco it tends to deteriorate). The environment of the residence is very quiet and well attended, the value for money is quite good. However, it is an experience that I highly recommend to families with children.
