We stayed at this property from February 16th to 18th, 2024. What can I say other than to congratulate the owner, Mr. Roberto, for the care of the property? We stayed in room number 1, and saying that the room and the bathroom were extremely clean would be an understatement. The room has preset heating, so it stays perfectly warm day and night. When it drops to a certain temperature of about 22 degrees, it reactivates until the room reaches 23.5 degrees. There is also a coffee machine with cartridges, bottled water for two, and the TV with all channels perfectly tuned. I would like to extend my congratulations to the cleaning staff who keep the room and surely the other areas impeccably clean; this truly makes a difference compared to other properties in the area. Again, well done, highly recommended.

Passing through Segrate, we stayed at this new and very welcoming property. Large and comfortable room, bathroom with window and huge shower, all new and perfect. Very comfortable bed. The extremely helpful manager gave us all the instructions to access the property independently with automated and secure entrances. Quiet area with the possibility to park anywhere on the quiet street leading to the building. In the room, coffee machine, water, sweet pieces for breakfast. I recommend it.

The structure was as described. The owner was very kind and extremely helpful. Although we had booked from November 16th to 19th, we suddenly needed to access a day earlier. He managed to accommodate us. The cleanliness of the bathroom and the room was excellent. The room was always heated, the heating was great. You couldn't ask for more. We will definitely return.

I stayed in the triple room with my husband and daughter for two nights. Beautiful property, beds and memory foam pillows comfortable as at home, good cleanliness. Self-check-in and check-out with the possibility to return at any time. Excellent fridge in the room with complimentary water bottles. In the room there is a machine to make hot drinks (tea/coffee) and many snacks and juices are left for breakfast. Nice garden where you can relax outside. The area is very quiet with parking possibilities in front or in the adjacent streets. The owner is always very helpful, even with my request for extra towels. Room cleaning is done at the end of the stay.

Very nice structure booked for only one night. We didn't get to know the manager but he promptly answered our questions before arrival. Since we didn't need anything else, we didn't contact him again. The room had three beds, all clean and brand new. The only small flaw is the open shower which, although beautiful, is not very functional because it wets the floor. It would be perfect to also have breakfast available.

I would start with the owner Roberto, very serious and technologically prepared. The structure is new and with every comfort that makes the stay pleasant. The rooms are well soundproofed for the nearby airport. Many tips for lunches and dinners. Affordable price considering the strategic area of Linate. What more to say? If necessary, I will gladly return.

Unfortunately, the structure, although well organized, is quite noisy. The family arrived at 1:30, the common entrance leads directly to the rooms, so anyone who enters is as if they were in their own room. At 5:30, two guests left the structure and chatted in the entrance, waking me up.

The location of the property is strategic, convenient to reach Linate airport in 15 minutes or the railway link to reach the center of Milan in a 10-minute walk.
