I appreciated being in a very clean suite with a harmonious decoration, no taste faults. A comfortable bedding. One feels in a cocoon. However, I regret that it is a bit far from the city center with the suitcase.

Gentilissima Veronique, grazie per aver colto l' essenza dell' impegno che mettiamo nell' accoglienza di chi sceglie Casa Chiara per soggiornare a Parma. Avviando l'attività abbiamo appositamente scelto una posizione ai limiti del centro storico cittadino che potesse essere raggiunta in auto, senza attraversare ZTL, raggiungendo comodamente l' Ospedale (infatti la struttura dispone anche di box privato compreso nelle tariffe proposte). Ci troviamo davanti alla fermata di ben tre linee urbane che, in quattro fermate, possono portare i nostri ospiti comodamente in centro: considerando che le fermate si trovano a 250mt una dall' altra, il centro storico risulta abbastanza fruibile. Ci dispiace molto che tutte le informazioni, rilasciate in fase di preventivo e, di nuovo, in fase di prenotazione, non siano state recepite con chiarezza e che, quindi, io suo soggiorno non l'abbia, per questo, soddisfatta a pieno. Se ci avesse manifestato che la posizione centrale, era una sua priorità, avremmo volentieri potuto segnalarle varie strutture alternative. Detto ciò, per noi è stato un piacere fare la sua conoscenza e metterci a sua disposizione. Anche perché è sempre gradevole e gratificante trovare ospiti così rispettosi dello spazio che li accoglie e, ci piace pensare, che possano positivamente ricordarsi di noi. Buon proseguimento! Ideally located, the property has a parking space and a secure entrance. The studio is beautiful and well decorated. The bedding is very comfortable. There are plenty of accessories and added options that are not necessarily found in other rooms I have rented, making the stay very enjoyable. The owner is affectionate and has many little attentions towards the guest, she seems to have thought of every detail in the functional organization and decoration of the studio. I recommend!

I stayed at this property for a few days. The suite is a true gem, equipped with every comfort, very clean and very quiet. The structure is very beautiful and welcoming, and the garage provides an added benefit that, considering the central location, is very convenient. We were personally welcomed by the very kind owner, who showed us the apartment and gave us various information about the city of Parma and the things to visit. The environment is very welcoming and especially air-conditioned. The cleanliness is at a very high standard and the owner is very friendly and kind and always asked us if everything was okay and if we needed anything or information. Definitely a reference point in Parma.

Suite Sole is an elegant B&B, the cleanliness is nothing short of impeccable, it is well taken care of in the details. I have never found in my life such an exceptional place. The owner is a kind and very helpful person. I would recommend this place to everyone and with the possibility of being able to park the car in the garage, in my opinion, it is the best. I will definitely return to Parma and will book at B&B Sole.

Casa Chiara is really a beautiful apartment, well furnished, in modern style, very clean. The heart of Parma can be easily reached on foot and in front of the building's entrance there is the bus stop that goes to the train station. The landlady is a lovely and very helpful lady. Breakfast is not provided, but the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is stocked with plenty of towels and a hairdryer. Very clean place.

My wife and I went to Parma for health reasons and therefore we chose to stay at the B&B Casa Chiara in the “Luna” suite, a two-room apartment located about 250 meters from the “Maggiore” hospital, so very convenient and easily accessible. The area is full of supermarkets, bars, shops, and restaurants and is also well served by public transport. The apartment is extremely clean and tastefully furnished, equipped with all comforts, making the stay more enjoyable, and exudes a very familiar atmosphere. A special thanks goes to Marilena, the owner, a kind, helpful person, and particularly attentive to guests' needs. For all these reasons, I recommend it especially to those with special tranquility needs.

We, Swiss-Italian retired couple, really enjoyed our stay in Parma at B&B Casa Chiara Suite Sole. It offers (almost) everything you can expect from a B&B. We especially want to highlight the availability and kindness of Marilena, the B&B manager, the well-kept and super clean accommodation with a small kitchen (breakfast is not provided, but there is the possibility to have breakfast nearby), the possibility to park the car in a secure garage, the proximity to the center of Parma (about 20-25 minutes on foot, by bike on cycle paths within 10 minutes, or by bus with a stop near the B&B) and the possibility of shopping near the B&B. We can highly recommend the B&B Casa Chiara Suite Sole!

I absolutely recommend the facility. I stayed for a week to be able to assist my husband in the hospital (I live 250 km away). I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Marilena and realizing how her kindness and gentleness characterize her, not only professionally but with pleasure. Her availability marked my stay and made me feel at home, comfortable. The facility is extremely clean and remarkably fresh, and the environment is decorated and coordinated with extreme and pleasant taste. Inside the house, you can find everything, and I mean everything, that a tourist might need because as I wrote, the owner has studied the environment in detail so that her guests can feel satisfied and pleased with the service. I thank you again for the pleasant stay (although for a less pleasant reason) and the kindness shown to me. Highly recommended.

We stayed for two weeks in this B&B, due to renovations in our apartment, located in a very convenient and well-served location. The apartment is truly beautiful and functional, very welcoming, practically nothing is missing, impeccable cleanliness of the premises, never found a structure so perfectly clean in every detail. Studio apartment with all the comforts, garage available for a possible car, very quiet, excellent location compared to the center, the hospital, and the main services (shopping center a few meters away). What can I say... the Hostess of the house exquisite, caring and very attentive to every need of the Guests. We stayed in the Suite Sole, my husband and my daughter Fiorenza. We had a great time starting from the welcome of Mrs. Marilena who gave us many tips on Parma and very useful advice as they had to look for a house for the University. Excellent location, cleanliness, and excellent comfort. We will definitely meet again since my daughter has started her studies.

We stayed at this B&B for a short vacation, on the occasion of the April 25th long weekend, the structure very close to the city center, is also an excellent starting point for visiting the surrounding castles of the Duchy of Parma (Colorno palace, Torrechiara, Fontanellato, Montechiarugolo, Sala Baganza, Roccabianca...); brand new place, very clean and tastefully furnished: even the details are taken care of in every detail. Convenient reserved parking and the Coop shopping center in front of the structure. The owners are kind and helpful. Excellent structure. Also worth mentioning is the proximity to the hospital, for those who may need a base to visit any hospitalized persons.

I stayed at the Casa Chiara Suite Sole B&B, very close to the Hospital and the city center; it's really brand new, spotlessly clean, and decorated with great taste: every detail is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The location is excellently served by public transport and I found the reserved parking excellent. Another great convenience is the Coop shopping center in front of the property. The homeowners are very kind and extremely available: I highly recommend this property.

I stayed in this splendid little house in San Valentino to visit my boyfriend who works in Parma. I was amazed by the cleanliness, elegance, refinement, and kindness of the owner, a fairy tale! She even left us Baci Perugina chocolates and heart-shaped chocolates and cleaned every day! I had 3 fantastic days and if I go back to Parma, I will definitely return only to Mrs. Marilena! Pleasant stay. Structure a stone's throw from the Hospital, brand new, very clean and tastefully furnished. Well connected to the center and the station. For those who like to walk, you can reach everything on foot. Coop supermarket in front of the structure. Very kind and helpful homeowner. Breakfast at the bar included, even disposable slippers. Everything taken care of in detail. Having to return several times for work reasons, I will definitely stay again at this structure.
