Giada is a superb hostess. The agriturismo is beautiful, and breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

The property has a perfect location for excursions to the Veneto highlights.

We had a great time with our kids (12 and 7). The place is really clean and spacious, and the host is amazingly friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back here.

We had a truly delightful stay at your charming guesthouse which is surrounded by vineyards and also ideally located just a short drive from all the highlights of the region — Jesolo, Venice, and more. The place is spotless, peaceful, and welcoming. Giada was incredibly kind and helpful, offering us excellent local tips, including great restaurant recommendations. Since it was my wife's birthday, she even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of Frizzante — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. Breakfast was a real treat: fresh, homemade, and full of local flavor. Everything was delicious, and the cheesecake — made in-house — was hands down the best we've ever had. Enjoying our morning coffee and that cheesecake on the sunny terrace was simply perfect. I fully recommend this location and will definitely return in the future. A hidden gem for anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful accommodation, the owners were very kind and of great help. The place was very clean, quietly and in a very good position to see all the region.

A diamond lays in the Venetian plain. In the middle of a vineyard, this family run business is the best choice if you want to visit Venice by car. Just 20 minutes drive to piazza Roma, with clean big rooms with everything you need, handmade fresh breakfast, a big parking and the original Italian hospitality of Miss Giada who runs the place, what else a traveller can ask.

No single fault in this enchanting hotel. Managed to check in very late, everything went smoothly. The host Giada was really nice, very prompt to respond. The place itself is a beautiful house, with very proper rooms overlooking the vineyards. I'd love to come again.

The Agriturismo Le Cipressine is very conveniently located among vineyards and close to the train station for connections to Venice. The premises are well arranged, the rooms are clean, and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was abundant, with fresh products and savory dishes such as omelets on request. The host is extremely helpful, providing local tips and speaking English! I can recommend it to anyone for an enjoyable stay. We will be back. We liked very much our stay. Great location, very close to Venice. The view is wonderful, in the midst of vineyards, very quiet, although really close to the highway. Excellent place to spend a vacation and visit Venice. Big rooms, very clean. Comfortable beds. Big parking place near the house. Giada was extremely helpful and kind, she gave us a lot of tips regarding restaurants for dinner, places to visit, etc. She helped us with the reservation, too. We will definitely stay there again during our next visit to Venice.

Exceptional B&B close to Venice, situated in a wonderful winery. Giada was super friendly, responsive, helpful and serves a plentiful, delicious breakfast. Very clean rooms, easy to get to, online check-in and late arrival were no problem at all. Very highly recommended.

The facility and the house are beautiful, our room was pleasant and functionally well furnished. The operators - we mainly dealt with Giana - are super friendly and helpful; communication works very well in English too if you don't speak Italian like us. Giana spontaneously made a great effort to give us good tips for organizing our vacation and also tried to fulfill our wishes (for example, we needed another warm blanket). The only point of annoyance from my point of view - but certainly very well meant and therefore for many even to be seen as a plus! - I had expressly asked to put the blanket only in the room and not to clean the room during our stay, etc. When we came back the first evening, the blanket was lovingly (but differently than I would have liked) inserted in the made bed and the bathroom had been cleaned again. For my taste, there were also too many sweet temptations at the breakfast buffet every day (homemade cakes); but this is also complaining at an extremely high level! Eggs were prepared every day on request and you could also choose between ham / bacon or cheese. I bought my muesli at the supermarket, because even the ones offered with Crunch were too sugary and every day I also got my milk. Giana really makes every effort to make the guests feel comfortable and always acts warmly and never annoyed; really top! The agriturismo is quite convenient if you can't decide between the sea and the hinterland - close to the expressway. This is very practical because you are quickly in Jesolo or Treviso, for example; of course at the cost of hearing the road a little. But really only a little - we live relatively close to the highway at home or those who live for example in the city, will be amazed at how quiet it is; -) The price of the room was in our opinion absolutely appropriate. So - thanks a lot to our hosts, especially Giana; we will come back very gladly. We don't give the highest score only because otherwise there would be no more room for minimal improvements. There must be something better to evaluate next time. Keep it up, it was a lovely week's stay!

We spent three nights at the property and we really enjoyed it! Very clean, without being sterile, wonderful rich breakfast. Very, very attentive hostess, who really cared about our well-being. We are vegetarians and she supported us a lot in choosing restaurants. The location was great for us. Meolo train station is about 3 kilometers away. From there you can reach Venice in 30-40 minutes. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for excursions in the surrounding area, but you can do a lot from here. Despite not being far from a main road, it's very quiet. Very comfortable beds. We slept wonderfully. We felt very comfortable here. Thank you again!

Staying at Le Cipressine and visiting Venice is one of the best options available. Seeing tourists staying in Venice, with their suitcases in the streets, makes you realize that the best option is to stay outside, especially if you are traveling by car. The place, for resting and being so well taken care of by the owners, makes it very worthwhile to stay here.

It's the third time we stay here and it won't be the last. A quiet, clean place with friendly and familiar staff, always attentive to the guest's needs.

Everything is perfect. If one wanted to excel, croissants could be added for breakfast. The place is very clean and the owner is always ready to advise on the best way to visit the surrounding areas.

I spent a weekend with my family at this beautiful agriturismo. The property is surrounded by the greenery of the meadows and vineyards. Giada is super helpful and the breakfast is excellent and the cleanliness is impeccable. Perhaps the only thing, for me traveling with two elderly people with some mobility difficulties, is the absence of an elevator, but I was informed about it at the time of booking.

A truly special place, immersed in the tranquility of the Venetian countryside. Beautiful structure with 4 rooms immersed in the vineyards. Cleanliness and abundant breakfast. Giada satisfies the customer in everything and is very caring and helpful. Located halfway between Treviso and Venice. The latter easily reachable by train from Meolo station.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The farmhouse is located 20 minutes by car from Treviso and 30 km from Venice, which can also be easily reached by train. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was good and rich in choices, especially sweets. Giada was very kind and super helpful in giving us advice and suggestions for excursions. In the breakfast room, there are sofas and also a very nice corner for children with books and games.

Beautiful structure among the vineyards. Well-kept and clean, Agriturismo Le Cipressine has won us over. We stayed one night at this property before going to the sea the next day. The structure is rustic but well-maintained. The clean room is in order (soft mattress and pillows). The breakfast is very precise, buffet tables and the manager makes coffee and eggs on request. I recommend.

What can I say? Wonderful. We felt at home right away. Kind and professional welcome. We were given directions on where to dine and park. Very well-kept indoor and outdoor spaces. Excellent breakfast for all tastes, sweet and savory. I recommend it, with an excellent value for money. It's in the countryside but half an hour from Jesolo. Really beautiful.

My wife and I stayed three nights in this delightful place. The structure is surrounded by vegetation and vineyards, they also produce good wine which we had the pleasure of purchasing. The bedroom assigned to us was reasonably spacious. The B&B is conveniently located in a good position both in relation to the road connecting Treviso to the sea and, if desired, also to the Meolo train station, which is about a ten-minute drive away. The place is extremely quiet during the night hours. The breakfast we had was varied and plentiful, with both sweet and savory foods available. The reception staff was very kind and helpful. Very positive judgment.

Stayed for the April 25th bridge, family with a child. Excellent facility managed by an excellent Giada, immersed in the family's vineyards, in absolute silence and tranquility. Home-made cakes for breakfast are top-notch. In our opinion, a convenient location to reach Venice in about thirty minutes (without highway toll). Also worth trying the restaurants nearby recommended by the manager.

We had a good time, peaceful, in a beautiful place. Privacy and kindness are the keywords. We will be back as soon as possible.

Beautiful, well-kept and clean structure. Great location for those who want to visit multiple cities in the surroundings. The breakfast is good and abundant, with homemade products. Giada was precious with the directions for getting around and advice on what to see. I highly recommend.

Excellent structure immersed in the greenery of a vast vineyard, near the highway entrance, cleanliness and friendliness of the owner. Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes and jams, always clean rooms with minibar, air conditioning, and windows protected by mosquito nets! Highly recommended.

Everything is really very good, the only flaw is the car parking. The square is large and there is no problem but it is very dusty and the car gets very dirty. The rest is as mentioned pleasant.

We stayed for two days for work with the family, the children had a nice tour among the vineyards and saw the various farm activities. They had fun and were interested. We found the property very clean and well-maintained. The breakfasts were very good and the staff really kind and helpful. I recommend it.

Lovely farmhouse located a few kilometers from Jesolo and Caorle, surrounded by vineyards and away from the city chaos. We had a great time! Comfortable rooms and impeccable cleanliness, the linens were very fragrant! Cozy place with a generous breakfast. If you are in the area, I recommend it!

I have already stayed multiple times at Agriturismo Le Cipressine, on business trips. Cleanliness, courtesy, and service quality are truly excellent!

Excellent cleanliness. New and well-kept structure. Reception and friendliness are excellent. Excellent opportunity to leave the motorcycle indoors. Rich and tasty breakfast. Giada is always kind and helpful. I recommend.

Highly recommended. Truly spectacular place, beautiful view. Carefully detailed, all very new. Much better than we expected. Convenient for going to Jesolo, a few km away from the property are excellent restaurants. Giada is very kind, polite, and gave us many tips. We will definitely come back and I would recommend it to all my friends.

Very well-maintained structure, including the exterior, we slept very well, we had the windows open all night and only heard silence, we rested wonderfully.
