Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Great clean and comfortable accommodation, equipped with everything you need. The owner was courteous and responded immediately to our messages. Excellent location near the center in a quiet street, cathedral a few minutes walk away. Perfect!

Arrivare in struttura a qualunque ora entrando con codice pin fornito dalla struttura, (nel caso mio arrivato all'una di notte), non ha prezzo. Non ce lo stress di ritirare le chiavi entro una certa ora, massima liberta' d'arrivo. Le lenzuola erano fresche e profumate, si vede subito, la camera profumava! Ottima la velocita del wifi, perfetto il parcheggio (trovato di fronte la struttura e gratuito). Una certezza su Ragusa. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!
