Sibilla is super welcoming and super helpful! The structure is brand new (which is no small thing) and the breakfast is super abundant, with everything available and even a little extra compared to other places. Moreover, you feel at home and in full comfort and relaxation! The area is super convenient, with everything nearby, and the communal parking is super handy! I hope to come back soon.

I stayed in this apartment for just one night but I must say I have never seen a bed and breakfast so well-kept and clean. A new idea of bed and breakfast, especially suitable for families, to stay all together as if it were your own home. The breakfast is very abundant and there are many choices. Mrs. Sibilla is very kind and friendly. I will definitely come back!

I stayed for only one day but it was enough for me to appreciate the structure that was made available to me, in addition to the kindness and courtesy shown to us by the owners of Novatek Apartment - B&B. I really think I will return there as soon as I need to.

Comfortable and convenient structure, new and very clean! The owner very nice, helpful, we agreed on the arrival at the property in a collaborative and peaceful manner. We didn't miss anything, except for the single-portion Nutella for breakfast but super approved little apartment! Thank you, see you next time.

Un gioiello nel cuore della zona di Chieti Scalo. Scelto perché a 10 minuti dall'Ospedale SS Annunziata, situato in una zona servita con supermarket, negozi e farmacia all'interno di una struttura con parcheggio. Sibilla è una persona gentile e disponibile, ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa tua. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, ristrutturato con gusto, dotato di tutto il necessario a tal punto che è un piacere viverlo. Luminoso, curato nei dettagli con una colazione che vi lascerà soddisfatti. Tanta scelta anche tra prodotti di noti brand italiani, possibilità di usare la cucina e tutti i suoi utensili. Dolci e sfiziosità per tutti i palati. Stanze dotate di balcone e bagno del della mia stanza con finestra. Non esiterò a ritornare. Consigliato!

Gli appartamenti sono nuovissimi, spaziosi e ben arredati. Gli interni puliti e profumati come anche le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. Con il caldo di questi giorni avere i condizionatori in tutte le stanze è stato piacevolissimo. Colazione ricca ed abbondante. Insomma come stare nella propria casa.

Un bellissimo e grazioso appartamento dotato di tutto ciò che serve curato in ogni dettaglio, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile! Un B&b eccellente, come sentirsi a casa lo consiglio a chiunque si trovi a Chieti.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura in occasione del matrimonio di mio figlio e non essendo de posto si è reso necessario trovare un alloggio e devo dire che non abbiamo parole per descrivere la meraviglia che abbiamo trovato è stato tutto fantastico pensiamo che non avremmo potuto trovare posto migliore! Qualità, pulizia, cortesia, ecc. L'unica cosa che posso aggiungere è solo GRAZIE un grazie di vero cuore ad Andrea da me e tutta la mia numerosa famiglia!
