The apartment, suitable for a couple or a small family, is well-structured to meet the various needs of its guests. On the lower floor, a bright living area welcomes a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a recently renovated bathroom with a shower. The wooden staircase leads to the characteristic loft, which houses a double bed along with a pull-out single bed, creating an intimate and welcoming space. From here, one can admire the view of the lake, making every morning a special moment.

A private terrace, with a folding table, invites guests to enjoy a coffee outdoors or an aperitif at sunset, while the absence of a television becomes an opportunity to rediscover the pleasure of reading or to have fun with board games available upon request. In this environment, where comfort blends with simplicity, guests can find a balanced pace of life, dedicating themselves to long walks along the cobblestoned streets of the village.

There are two sailing clubs, a rowing club, and various restaurants offering opportunities to taste local cuisine. During the summer season, the International Museum of Ceramic Design organizes cultural events, concerts, and workshops, making the atmosphere lively and engaging.

The nearest beach is a small rocky cove, quiet and frequented by locals, while the large sandy beach, just 300 meters from the house, invites a day of relaxation under the sun.
