Onetime Rome is located a 10-minute walk from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano which is the oldest church in the world, one of the four papal basilicas of Rome and considered the most important basilica in the Western world. Extremely disappointed, the room was nothing like the pictures. We only saw the host once and never again during our stay. No every day housekeeping provided and when they changed the towels once on our 5 night stay, no one bothered to empty the wastebaskets.
