Perfection exists, now we know it and we found it in Potenza Picena. We would have stayed much longer for the type of treatment received, for the discretion of Mrs. Mihaela kind and present to immediately satisfy the requests. Enchanting place where we will turn again for our short escapes to the sea.

If you want to enjoy the sea but return to a quiet place in the evening, this is the place for you. It is indeed located 10 minutes from the Adriatic coast, but here you sleep in the silence and peace of the Marche hills. The hosts are very helpful, abundant breakfast well organized by Michela, who leaves everything available to guests who in the morning prepare what they desire. Thank you very much for making us spend a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location to visit the surroundings, we stayed there in the just ended week, a few minutes from the sea, beautiful view, the structure is well-kept, clean, abundant breakfast, a truly relaxing place. The owners Mihaela and Nazzareno are very nice, we already miss the chats we had! Highly recommended place.

Beautiful structure, clean and tidy about 10 minutes from the sea. The managers are very kind and helpful and breakfast is plentiful. There is a fridge available, very convenient for keeping drinks cool.

Managed by kind and educated people, a place in continuous evolution, a characteristic that is evident in every aspect of its management. New, very clean, for those who decide to travel by motorcycle it is the ideal place because it's a few steps away from the main points of interest in the Marche region, but with the advantage of having motorcycle parking inside. If I were to come back to those parts, I would definitely return. Thank you very much for the hospitality. Matteo.

I had a great time, beautiful renovated farmhouse, very clean, spectacular area among the hills, excellent climate, varied and abundant breakfast, fridge available. Mihaela and her husband are exceptional and make you feel at home, maximum availability for any need. Private parking, well-kept garden, less than 30 km from the beautiful beaches of Conero, excellent solution to visit the villages, a few km Montelupone, Recanati, Loreto and the other beaches of Marche. But what makes it a unique structure, is that all around is full of huge sunflower fields and lotus flower ponds. If I return to Marche, also thanks to the excellent value for money and the tranquility that is breathed, I will definitely stay here again.

Property located a few kilometers from the sea, in a hilly area surrounded by greenery. Bright rooms, excellently furnished with an outdoor space to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the place. Excellent breakfast. Mrs. Micaela is a great, friendly host. I highly recommend it to everyone and really hope to go back soon.

We have just finished our first vacation in Marche, I found this lovely B&B Ines on the internet, the reviews were positive, and so I did not hesitate to book. We couldn't have made a better choice, Mrs. Michela and her husband, both very kind and discreet, manage and take care of the B&B impeccably! The structure, the rooms of the B&B, the mini apartment, are well-kept and tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean, which is important. Each room has a private bathroom, comfortable and clean! If you are lucky enough to book the mini apartment or one of the rooms with a private garden, you can enjoy first of all a breathtaking view and then have an extra space to enjoy moments of pleasure and relaxation when you may not feel like going out! Breakfast is always abundant and varied, in short, what can I say. I highly recommend it to everyone! From families to couples who love tranquility and peace! I hope to go back soon!

We stayed in the month of September at the B&B Ines.\n\nMichela welcomed us very warmly and the atmosphere in the structure is very calm and relaxing, despite being close to the center of Potenza Picena.\n\nWe will definitely come back on other occasions.

We stayed at B&B Ines unfortunately for only two days. Wonderful place surrounded by greenery but not far from the characteristic town. New B&B, very tidy, clean, tastefully furnished, reasonably priced. The owners are friendly. The rooms and the mini apartment each have an independent garden. Tips: for those who do not know the places, it is not easily reachable, but it is well signposted in the town of Potenza Picena.
