We had a great time, an oasis to recharge. From this place, it is easy to reach enchanting places to visit, and at the same time, you can enjoy peace and relaxation both in the rooms and in the large outdoor spaces. Great place!

We spent three days in this B&B. The owner is extremely kind and courteous. The welcome makes you feel at home. The B&B is surrounded by greenery, where calm and silence reign. The outdoor space offers the possibility to have breakfast or dine outside. We send a special thanks to the gentleman who gave my son his products and especially gave us his stories of youth, bringing us carefree moments. Thank you.

I did not give a 10 to the structure because, generally, it is very rare for me to give the maximum score (10 in this case). A small flaw that I pointed out to the owner was the presence of a couple of mosquito nets with some holes that did not prevent mosquitoes from entering the house. I would have given a ten if there had been an air conditioning system, even though we did not suffer excessively from the heat in the house. However, aside from these considerations, we had a great time and if we were to return to Punta Aderci, which is quite likely, we would be very happy to return to Luigi Stivaletta's structure.

The location is great for reaching the beaches of Punta Aderci and Punta Penna, but it is isolated in the middle of the countryside, without supermarkets or breakfast bars. Breakfast was included, but we had to buy the milk and prepare it ourselves, carry it from the first floor to the garden to consume it. In the room, there is a survival kit with a kettle and a milk frother, with which we would have had to heat four cups and industrial snacks. The only positive note is the fresh fruit. The manager is very helpful with directions and information about events.

An oasis of peace in the middle of nature, just a few minutes from the sea and the center of Vasto. Cozy and clean room, friendly and very helpful manager. Beautiful garden where you can have breakfast and even lunches and dinners, with a lovely view of the sea.

Great property! Close to the Aderci Reserve and other places to visit. Our quadruple room was large and spacious. If I may suggest, a small table for breakfast in the room would have been handy, although there are several tables in the garden and you can have breakfast there if you prefer. Luigi is a lovely person. Kind and helpful! He left a beautiful plate of freshly picked figs in the fridge for us. Highly recommended. See you soon!

We had a great time at this property. We were afraid it was too far from Vasto, but it only takes 10 minutes to get to the city center. The manager was very kind and helpful, and also recommended great restaurants to go to and activities to do, like the bike ride from Torino di Sangro to Ortona.

Beautiful property a few kilometers from the Punta Aderci natural reserve. I stayed in an apartment equipped with every comfort (including a dishwasher). The owner, Mr. Luigi, was very kind.

Good value for money! The location is wonderful, a true place to relax. Highlights: the panoramic sea view and the beautiful well-kept surrounding garden. The room is equipped with a refrigerator and a small oven that allows you to prepare quick and precooked meals. For breakfast, there is everything you need in the room to prepare it.

Beautiful structure a few kilometers from the sea with spacious, clean rooms equipped with the essentials. I would recommend just a few more fresh products for breakfast. The patio where you can have breakfast or some takeout/aperitif is really beautiful. Mr. Luigi is a precious source of useful advice and a very kind person.

We spent a few days in this beautiful property not far from the Punta Aderci Reserve. The location is ideal for those looking for relaxation and as a base for hiking and cycling. Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, wheat fields, and fields colored by blooming poppies, the property is managed by the hospitable and friendly Luigi. The rooms are spacious and clean, and there is a beautiful and large garden with olive trees where you can have breakfast, sunbathe, or simply enjoy the silence of the place while admiring the sea just a few minutes away.
