Worth every penny. My fiance and I stayed in the panorama room and had a balcony. We enjoyed our coffee in the mornings, wine in the evenings and it was amazing! Close to all the venues and train station. I would highly recommend anytime of the year!

Our room was as expected, nice to have a small lounge with a fridge/freezer when there’s a heatwave. The staff were very friendly and helpful and check in/out were easy. Very handy to the train station.

Unfortunately, I had a room without a window (Valentino). This is OK for 1-2 nights, but I would not stay longer in this 'Executive Classic' room. Cleanliness and welcome was very good. I would book again, but specifically insist on a room with a window. For me it does not have to be 'Executive Classic'!

Great location - easy to find and only 2 minutes walk from the train station and airport tram. 5 minutes on foot to many tourist sites. Hosts couldn't be nicer. We will definitely come back here and can recommend to others.

Very old bed, bad smell in the room, a lot of mustiques, reception very hot, we received several emails about our time of arrival and we replied at2. 30 however once the room was not ready and we needed to wait 30 mins more.

Dear Mrs. Rodriguez, We respect your point of view but the place is not old, has been restored during the 2018 and, even if you are in a palace built 500 years ago, surrounded by art and beutiness, our rooms are well restored. As told you upon check in, there are always mosquitoes in the area of Florence, is for this motivation that every room have at its disposal a plan with a poison again mosquitoes; it is also suggested to close the balcony window when you are outside from the room. We are also sorry to let you wait for the check in, we prefer to give a super clean place...anyway we remember, you wait 10 minutes. We are sorry for the smell, rare times it happens around the city that have a very old sewer system; it not depend from us and, lucky we, is not every day! Finally, remember that here we work, a part of all we put passion and efforts and this have to be considered before giving a such bed rating. Regards Antonio

For now we changed the caffè where it is served and the people are happier than June 2022. About the toilet, we always do our best to give all we can to our guests but that day you arrived very early and all the guests were still sleaping, that day was not possible! Excellent location, wonderful renovation of the property, cleanliness, kindness and helpfulness of the hosts - managers. Two faults: a too noisy room close to the reception and a damaged bed mattress.

J’ai séjourné deux nuits sur deux week-ends séparés dans cet hôtel pour faire la connexion aller et retour sur mon lieu de villégiature dans la campagne toscane. Points positifs: hôtel situé à deux minutes de la gare, au cœur de la ville, proche de tous les lieux à visiter à Florence. Le propriétaire Antonio est très avenant et a trouvé des solutions aux petits problèmes rencontrés pendant le séjour. Il m’a aussi fourni de très bonnes informations pour effectuer un tour rapide du centre de Florence alors que je n’avais qu’un après-midi pour le faire. Points à améliorer: Le système de remise de clés pour le check-in n’est pas simple et peut prêter à confusion. Je n’ai pu accéder à la salle du petit déjeuner lors de mon deuxième passage suite à un oubli de remise de clés par un autre client. L’hôtel est situé dans un immeuble ancien et n’est pas équipé d’un ascenseur ce qui n’est pas pratique quand on a des bagages lourds, un vélo à monter (comme moi) ou pour les personnes handicapées. Le petit déjeuner est assez basique. Pour moi, l’hôtel était la solution idéale pour mes deux nuitées en connexion aller et retour de mon lieu de vacances car l’hôtel était propre et situé proche de la gare.

Je suis venue passer un séjour de 4 nuitées (du 28 mai au 1er Juin) à Home Boutique Santa Marie Novella avec ma fille. Nous étions logées dans la chambre 500 et avons grandement apprécié notre logement. La chambre est sous les toits; elle est équipée d'un clim qui permet efficacement de ne pas avoir trop chaud et même si cette climatisation est au dessus du lit, bien réglée, elle ne nous a pas empêché de bien de dormir. Les cloisons sont d'accord minces, mais franchement les autres occupants étaient respectueux et nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit. Les hôtes sont très serviables et accueillants. Le petit déjeuner sur place manque de fruits et de Yaourts...Mais un grand frigo permet de conserver ses propres aliments et nous avons donc pu acheter et consommer nos yaourts. Nous sommes très très contents de notre séjour et si nous devions revenir à Florence, nous irions à nouveau dans cet hébergement. Christelle Grisez.

The options available at Pausa cafe were really limited (at 8: 30 AM). They offered apple, pinapple, orange, and ACE juice, but when we ordered four orange juices, they said only to have one, and the only alternative was ACE juice. y one orange juice available. Only 3-4 options for the bakery: no regular croissant available, no possibility of paying some additional money and choose a sandwich (for example). Much better not to offer breakfast included and we could have chosen a better place for breakfast. To improve for the property: we missed an elevator, as we had heavy luggage. The room was small for four: almost no room for the luggage. To keep: personnel very kind and helpful.

We are so sorry that the breakfast do not satisfy you and that your overall experience was lower than the average for the breakfast experience. The breakfast outside the property has been done cause of the covid restrictions - before 2020 the breakfast was reacher and inside our Home Boutique. After August we changed the caffe' and at "Le Sorelline" our guest are happiesr than before. Concerning on the bag deposit is true, we do not have a room where to put the bags but we offer, for free, a beg deposit in the reception area (under our eyes) upon check in and check out. Elevator; as you see there is no space for it; we have a palace built in the year 1500 and this is written in our website; what we suggest is to read better or ask before to book; we have 3 rooms on the 1st level and, when the stairs are a problem, we always give the lower floor rooms. At last we wish to reply to you about the size of our rooms; we have different type of room and the one you choose is 26Sqm, as described and shown in the pictures; we also have bigger rooms so, the suggestion, is to read more in order to understand better what you are reserving. We really hope to have the opportunity to host You again; we will be glad to show you our new breakfast and the new room that we are realizing. Best Regards Antonio Tavera

Es verdad, nuestras Executive Classic son pequeñas pero muy bien amueblados, cuentan con hermosos baños de mármol y vigas de madera típicas de nuestro país que las hacen especiales y muy acogedoras, Nos gustaría que nos visite nuevamente para poder ofrecerle otros tipos de habitaciones más grandes Stephanie

Che dire... abbiamo trascorso solo una notte e potevamo essere un "peso" rispetto a quelli che soggiornano più giorni nella struttura ed invece siamo stati trattati come se fossimo dei Sultani. Pronti via, check alle 11:00 invece che alle 14:00. Alessandro ai box che ci da tutte le info su percorsi, su Firenze, su dove mangiare 'daddddio', etc etc... un tripudio di gentilezza ed utilità... giudizio: immenso. Check-out con Antonio, il livello di cortesia non scende, anzi... ore 11:00 dobbiamo lasciare la camera, ma Antonio ci tiene i bagagli fino a data da destinarsi quindi possiamo ancora girare liberi e leggeri per le vie di Firenze. Prima di salutarlo ci fa una mappa di ristoranti "dovemangiarebeneepagarepoco" della Toscana e della galassia... giudizio: onnipotente. Camera Pavarotti: c'è tutto. Letti comodi, aria condizionata, bagno grande. Posizione ottima (10 minuti di cammino dagli Uffizi) e rotolando giù per le scale c'è l'osteria al Giardino che definire "divina" è riduttivo, ma questa sarà un'altra storia...

Siamo state solo una notte nella suite Pavarotti. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima alla stazione e molto comodo il fatto che ci abbiano permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out, per riprenderli poco prima di andare a prendere il treno. La camera è bella, pulita, comoda e confortevole. Ci siamo sentite molto coccolate dall'accoglienza di Alex e in generale le persone che si sono alternate alla reception sono tutte gentilissime. Ho dato 7 alla colazione perchè il bar dove ci hanno mandato aveva un po' poca scelta, ma come posto e accoglienza della proprietaria avrei dato 9! Il palazzo è senza ascensore ma tutti si sono offerti più volte di aiutarci con i bagagli. La sala comune dove c'è la reception la trovo bellissima, calda e accogliente. Insomma, non ho dato 10 perchè si può sempre migliorare, ma vi faccio i migliori complimenti per la vostra ospitalità!

Di positivo ho trovato la posizione e la gentilezza dell'host che ci ha permesso di lasciare le valige anche nel pomeriggio. Poi invece di negativo... in primis i letti. Se la proposta sul sito è di due letti matrimoniali non mi posso trovare un divano letto scassato, imbarcato, con la struttura di metallo piantata nella schiena perché il materasso è alto 2 centimetri. E anche il 'letto' ufficiale... duro come una panchina della stazione. E compratelo un topper! Costa 100 euro... E metteteci un po' di luce bianca. Non si vede granché in camera. Mi dispiace non ho dormito e sono delusa.

Gentile Sig.ra Tafi, Grazie di aver dedicato il suo tempo per recensirci, Ci dispiace molto non aver soddisfatto le sue aspettative a pieno, rispettiamo la sua opinione ma non siamo totalmente d'accordo e dobbiamo appuntare alcune cose: nella descrizione della camera noi mettiamo sempre in evidenza tutte le particolarità di essa, riprendendo una delle frasi della descrizione "essa si presenta all’ingresso con un bel soggiornino privato e un divano comodo e di design che all’occorrenza può essere convertito in un letto matrimoniale." per tanto chiariamo sempre i dettagli della camera scelta. Entrambi i materassi sono memory form di ottima qualità, tuttavia dopo le sue parole ci siamo messi subito ad indagare sulla questione, chiedendo ai nostri ospiti come avessero dormito nel nostro divano letto e le risposte sono state tutte positive, non vogliamo quindi che passi il messaggio di un divano letto come da lei descritto "scassato e inbarcato" visto che i divani e i materassi sono nuovi e vengono cambiati ogni 2 anni proprio per mantenere un elevato standard di confort. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di far trascorrere a tutti i nostri ospiti un soggiorno confortevole, lavorando con passione e dedizione per farsì che tutti possano essere contenti, tuttavia non è sempre possibile raggiungere questo obiettivo e siamo dispiaciuti che questa sia stata una di quelle volte. Male. Ambiente maleodorante. Pulizia inesistente. Capelli sotto le lenzuola e sul copriletto. Sciatteria diffusa. Mia moglie doveva prendere una pastiglia e non c’era un bicchiere. Zero set di cortesia. Bagno angusto. Colazione compresa nel prezzo in un bar esterno che come siamo entrati siamo scappati. Male! Salvo solo la cortesia e disponibilità della receptionist e del ragazzo che il giorno dopo ci ha permesso di lasciare la valigia in deposito.

Peli sulle lenzuola, mi pare strano ma può capitare una svista...Colazione fuori, figlia del covid (torneremo a farla in loco e comunque una bevanda calda, un croissants, un succo e uno yogurt non lo fanno tutti, sopratutto al prezzo esiguo che lei ha pagato) Angusto --> camera e bagno fatti nuovi di pacca come da foto nel 2020. Si è accanito conto di noi come se le avessimo fatto un torto. Poteva parlare vis a vis invece che ledere la nostra immagine, stia certo che se avesse palesato malcontento avremmo fatto qualche cosa per rimediare. Gentilmente A.Tavera

Se avessi potuto dare un voto più alto lo avrei dato! Lo staff è super disponibile e cordiale, ti aiutano spiegando la mappa di Firenze con suggerimenti e consigli, il giudizio vale 10 solo per come mi hanno trattato, mi sono sentita a casa. Le stanze sono pulitissime e nuove e avevo a mia disposizione tutti i servizi che da altre parti ti avrebbero fatto pagare, come la lavatrice, il ferro da stiro, ecc... , La posizione è centralissima, sono a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale, il prezzo è molto accessibile considerando che in centro a Firenze paghi di più senza neanche ricevere lo stesso trattamento, sono stati tutti disponibili e gentili, lo apprezzo tantissimo, grazie per avermi fatta sentire a casa. Lo straconsiglio a tutti, è un posto eccezionale e non è da tutti dare così tanta attenzione agli ospiti come hanno fatto loro, veramente bravissimi.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per due notti. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era molto piccola e la notte non rimaneva completamente buia a causa di vetri che davano direttamente sulla reception... sono rimasta dispiaciuta a causa del fatto che non disponesse di alcuna finestra da poter aprire (in particolare di notte) per rinfrescare la stanza. Era dotata solo di aria condizionata, che di notte arrivava diretta sul letto, e perciò non poteva rimanere accesa a lungo. In compenso, ho apprezzato la posizione della struttura, centralissima e molto vicina alla stazione di S.M. Novella, e anche la gentilezza del personale, in particolare di una ragazza al check-in che ci ha anche mostrato una mappa della città consigliandoci cosa visitare e dove andare a mangiare. Se non fosse stato per la stanza, e per il caldo che permaneva di notte, sarebbe stato perfetto!

Gentile Elena, Grazie mille per averci scelto e per aver condiviso le Sue perplessità con noi e con gli altri utenti. La camera 500 ha una parete in doppio vetro temperato che abbiamo deciso di fare per dare maggiore luminosità e particolarità alla location; solitamente non disturba ma non viene nemmeno apprezzata tent'è vero che le tende che oscurano il vetro sono sempre abbassate. Le tende fanno il loro lavoro ma non oscurano totalmente (capisco ci sia a chi da fastidio). Per quanto concerne la finestra al tetto, certo che si può aprire, si può cambiare l'aria, forse non Le è stato detto? Se avesse chiesto avremmo alleviato questo malessere. L'aria condizionata invece ha diverse opzioni e velocità, è orientabile e la notte si consiglia di metterla in "sleep" che è più silenziosa e su "deumidificatore" onde evitare di gelare. Speriamo davvero che possa tornare, saremo lieti di accoglierLa ancora e farle riprovare la nostra ospitalità nella speranza di coccolarla meglio di quanto fatto. Cordiali Saluti Antonio

Le nostre Executive Classic sono piccole e ben fatte ma gli arredi fatti su misura ed il bagno in marmo danno l'idea di avere un piccolo rifugio di lusso nel cuore della città. Struttura che sorge in un palazzo storico, che porta con sè le sue pregi, come la posizione ed il fascino, ed i suoi difetti, come la mancanza di ascensore. Personale disponibile e cordiale, che consiglia un tour molto dettagliato della città. L'unico problema che ho riscontrato è stato un cattivo odore proveniente dalla ventola di aerazione del bagno, per il resto tutto bene.

Riguardo alla colazione è un peccato non ci fosse presso la struttura, ma in un bar, (probabilmente causa covid) altrimenti sarebbe il top, inoltre ci vorrebbe almeno una finestra per le camere perchè su 4 camere prenotate ne è risultata solo una con porta finestra e ti senti un pò privo d'aria, per il resto tutto bene.

Buonasera Signor Furini, Siamo felici di sapere che avete trascorso un ottimo soggiorno! La colazione è cambiata dopo il COVID, nonostante ciò' abbiamo un accordo con un bar che ogni mattina porta le cose da noi; è una colazione tipica Italiana rafforzata che si compone di bevanda calda, croissant o schiacciata salata toscana, yogurt e succo di frutta. Purtroppo le Domeniche o nei giorni di festa il Bar che porta le cose è chiuso e siamo costretti ad appoggiarci ad un Bar vicino a noi che comunque offre le stesse cose elencate sopra. Per quanto concerne le camere, è vero, le nostre Executive Classic hanno le finestre sul tetto Velux (come si vede bene nelle foto) mentre le Deluxe con balcone o la Suite con Balcone hanno tutte una bella porta finestra con balcone privato. La attendiamo nuovamente a Firenze! Cordiali Saluti Antonio

Posizione invidiabile per chi viene in treno e vuole visitare Firenze, proprietario molto disponibile ed attento alle richieste dei clienti. Sono capitato in una camera abbastanza piccola, comunque, non è stato un problema, perché utilizzata solo per dormire. La colazione va consumata al Bar in prossimità della struttura e si ha a disposizione una svariata scelta.

Il soggiorno tutto sommato è andato bene, abbiamo ricevuto moltissime informazioni utili sulla città da parte dell’host durante il check in. La colazione al bar era perfetta, tutto molto buono, abbondante, e il servizio eccellente. L’unica nota negativa, che però ha avuto una rilevanza importante sul gradimento del soggiorno, è che la camera assegnata non era fedele a quelle mostrate in fase di prenotazione ed era molto piccola, senza finestre e senza bidet (cosa che non era minimamente segnalata sulle informazioni della camera), la doccia piccolissima e senza porta di chiusura per cui lavandosi andava acqua in tutto il bagno. Non sono stata contenta di vedere una camera in foto, e vederne assegnata una completamente differente e di livello totalmente inferiore. A parte questo la posizione dell’affittacamere è impeccabile! Dato questo scherzetto con la camera non ci tornerei.

Buongiorno Signora Galantini, Grazie per la recensione e per la permanenza da noi. Mi spiace vedere insoddisfazione. Se mi aveste parlato durante le 4 notti trascorse dei vostri disagi, avremmo provveduto a farvi vedere le altre Executive Classic che abbiamo. Voi avete prenotato una Classic, come detto; né abbiamo 3; la Vespa 13Mq, la 500 13Mq e la Valentino appunto (15Mq). La metratura della camera da Voi scelta è maggiore rispetto alle altre due camere. Inoltre la Valentino ha una Smart TV (cosa che non c'è nelle altre) ed è più nuova, realizzata nel 2021. E' vero, la Valentino non ha il Bidet, ma ha un doccino con il quale potresi fare il Bidet direttamente nel Wc. Finestra, La Valentino è al 1° piano ed è meno luminosa delle altre due Classic ma ha comunque una piccola finestra che si apre sia vasistas che normalmente e, come detto, l'aria condizionata sanifica tutta la stanza, essendo di nuova generazione (nelle altre due camere non è così) Inoltre Sia la Vespa che la 500 hanno solo una finestra Velux a soffitto, per cui, le camere Classic sono molto simili per caratteristiche. Posso dire con certezza che tra le foto delle camere Classic, in fase di prenotazione, compare anche la Valentino, ci faccia caso. La Doccia, essa è larga 2mt e profonda 1mt. - ha due soffioni (uno enorme) e non è così piccola.....almeno secondo noi. Mi spiace che non siamo riusciti a soddisfarla appieno, spero di poterla ospitare nuovamente in una delle nostre camere e provare a far meglio. Magari, ci aiuti, ogni malcontento / dubbio è oro colato per noi, visto che l'obbiettivo ultimo è offrire soggiorni eccellenti. Cordiali Saluti Antonio Tavera
