You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Good location near the historic district. A charming market around the corner for an espresso or coffee in the morning. Very clean. The owner worked diligently to ensure our comfort. We were disappointed with our original room which faced a back wall and felt quite claustrophobic. He moved us as soon as possible to the Home room which was much more comfortable and spacious. If staying here, we would highly recommend a little restaurant a few blocks away called Casa Ciabattini.

Value for money! Room and toilet were clean and spacious, host was welcoming and provided us all the information we needed. Bed mattress is quite thin but sufficient for a night's rest. We were slightly disappointed when our window was looking into a dim backyard and had to close the windows, instead of the brightly naturally lit room as shown in the pictures. However, not a major issue as we were out most of the time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Al Consolato - Guest House. The self check-in is very convenient especially when our arrival time is uncertain. The room is comfortable and the decoration is lovely. The soundproofing with other rooms is very good, we didn't hear anything. The room is located on the ground floor and the window insulation from the street noise is not very good. This is the only negative point we found. In the morning and evening, you can hear the conversations on the sidewalk and what's happening on the street. There is a small fridge in the room and a kettle, which is practical. The geographical location is good, we are about 15-20 minutes walk from the city center but about 10 minutes walk from the train station, very convenient for longer trips.

Good accommodation in terms of price/quality ratio, we got an internal room a bit dark but it really serves the purpose as it is just for sleeping. We spent the whole day walking around and upon arrival taking a good shower and sleeping on a good mattress was the most important thing and it worked perfectly. The room had coffee, tea, and an electric kettle, as well as two complimentary bottled waters. A bit far from the center but nothing impossible to walk. Florence is for walking! You get there quickly and without problems.

Overall, a good option for a short stay in Florence. Perfectly connected to all the city attractions, with stops just a few steps from the property. The room is very spacious, a bit of a shame about the lighting; ours overlooked an internal service courtyard with scaffolding. The lights inside are either dim or too strong. The bathroom is very clean, the dispensers in the shower were empty but there were enough samples available. The minibar was empty, but the essentials for tea and herbal teas were provided, along with water offered for both. The bed is comfortable, the pillows could be improved. Worth noting the availability to leave luggage even in an unprepared room, and even after checking out. Therefore, a favorable value for money, recommended for a weekend in Florence.

Good property located on the ground floor, recent renovations, comfortable environment, well-organized. Clean rooms and the manager Mr. Emanuele is a very kind and precise person. The location is convenient, it's 10 minutes from the station, one stop if you take the tram.

Excellent property near Stazione Leopolda, an ideal location for us who attended the BTO event. Rooms with modern design, clean, and spacious bathroom. You will probably do a self check-in, but the managers are always available for any need, even via WhatsApp. Excellent value for money.

Super satisfied! The location is great (20 minutes walk to the city center with a beautiful walk along the Arno, 15 minutes to the train station and in 5 minutes you reach the tram stop). Excellent value for money. Room very well taken care of, clean, with all the comforts. Very nice bathroom. Only missing breakfast on site... Otherwise everything perfect! I will definitely come back.

L’host è molto disponibile ed educato. La camera è molto carina e sopratutto il letto è molto comodo. Consigliato anche se a 20 minuti dalla piazza centrale.
