You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00

Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 39.00 € per oom/accomodation

Check-in by appointment only from 4 pm to 7 pm; none will be there to wait you if you do not comunicate your arrival hour min. 2 days before the arrival date. Late check-in (until max 10:00 pm) available on request please ask in advance at the time of reservation; wait for a confermation by email from our Staff) an extra-fee could be applied. A deposit for damages can be requested for a stay of 7 or more days.

Come sentirsi a casa! L'appartamento è molto accogliente, dotato di ogni cosa e situato in un contesto molto tranquillo. Ottimo per raggiungere l'ospedale Careggi, anche a piedi. Ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa e accolti dai proprietari come in una famiglia grazie alla loro correttezza, disponibilità, gentilezza e grande premura...grazie!

L'appartamento è accogliente e curato nei dettagli, molto pulito. È situato in posizione ideale per chi deve raggiungere l'ospedale Careggi o Meyer. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile utilizzando la tramvia.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 9 giorni, l'appartamento è fornito di ogni cosa necessaria, di una libreria e di giochi per bambini, curato accogliente e confortevole, i proprietari oltretutto sono disponibili e gentili, mi sono trovata benissimo e lo consiglio vivamente!

Appartamento accogliente e funzionale, vicino all'ospedale di Careggi; ho dovuto modificare la data di soggiorno per esigenze ospedaliere e i gestori sono stati molto gentili e disponibili nel venire incontro alle mie esigenze, e hanno anche fatto il check-in ritardato senza farmi pagare il supplemento. Ho apprezzato molto l'ascensore e la mancanza di barriere architettoniche. La stazione SMN si raggiunge in tramvia in pochi minuti. Consigliato!

Appartamento perfetto, ben arredato è molto pulito. Posizione ottima sia per chi ha necessità di recarsi a Careggix cure sia per chi viene per turismo. Mezzi pubblici a disposizione a pochi metri. Posto incantevole. Grazie per l’accoglienza! Tornerò!

Lovely semi-central neighborhood, just 20 min. from the Santa Maria Novella station and the historic center. There are many shops, supermarkets, bars and pastry shops. easy parking on the road (still miraculously free).
