The staff were really kind and responsive. It was located near the central train and bus station. There wasn't an electric kettle in the room but after I asked the manager for it, they provided me one. The first day I arrived, there was a kind of smell which wasn't so good, the other days it became better.

Heart-stopping elevator, very noisy loft bed, ceiling too low I had to walk bent. The kitchen corner is really bare, missing a table with chairs.

The structure is convenient to the station, the organization was perfect. The lack of small details such as a glass to brush your teeth is noticeable, but above all the lack of cleanliness in the room, at least in the bathroom.

Excellent structure, excellent staff available for every customer need, we had a great time, the location is perfect near the train station, metro station, bus stops, and car parking. I recommend it and when I have to come back to Naples I will choose it again.

I found a welcoming establishment, I was lucky enough to have Antonio at the Reception with whom I only spoke on the phone, who made himself available for everything. Besides professionalism, a lot of kindness.

Located 5 minutes walk from Napoli Centrale station. Our room for 3 people was equipped with a small kitchen and refrigerator (very convenient in the August heat to always keep water cool), the air conditioner that was vital for our stay, and the loft with another bed. I was really very satisfied.

We booked at the Art Suite Principe Umberto, but due to an issue with the showers, we were moved to another property still owned by them in Piazza Carità and I must say we couldn't have asked for better as we were right on Via Toledo. Very kind, very cordial and always attentive. Clean and well-furnished, everything functional. The only tiny "flaw" is the elevator, as you have to personally close the doors to make it go up, and there's always someone who, going up or down, doesn't do it, which can be disheartening if it gets stuck on the upper floors, forcing you to take the stairs, but being on the second floor it's bearable. It happened to us 2 times, but again, nothing serious... Top!

Breakfast is provided, but I didn't take it. Exceptional place if you want to relax and very convenient to the metro and train station. The cleaning lady is Cinzia and she is super nice. Every day they completely redo the room, better than a hotel. I had a great time, I will return and will also tell my friends. The manager is great. I had a beautiful loft room, but I had personal problems, so the next day they gave me another equally beautiful room, super.

Very cozy and clean room with air conditioning and a small fridge. The location of the property is excellent: close to the train station, metro, and various places to eat. We had a great time and the staff was very courteous and always available on the WhatsApp chat 24h.

Super correct. By mistake, I had paid extra money instead of using the holiday bonus and they refunded me immediately. Really very kind and helpful. The room was nice and clean and in a great location.

Ci lascia davvero stupiti il tuo giudizio generale, ma troveremo comunque spunto per migliorare il nostro servizio. Circa la prima colazione, le ricordiamo che è stata lei a scegliere di non usufruire del servizio in quanto non rientrava nel suo budget di spesa a saldo del bonus vacanza, cio nonostante, al mattino il caffè o cappuccino del buongiorno le è stato sempre offerto col sorriso.
