Dear Mrs. Pricilla, I must disagree with the points you mentioned in your description. The breakfast does not correspond at all to your description or to tourist standards. The room was never cleaned, even though we left it every day at 8:00 a.m. The bathroom facilities, with the significant noise disturbance, do not meet modern comfort standards. I would gladly invite you to spend time at an agriturismo in South Tyrol (in the same price range). You will be amazed by the quality and hospitality you will find there everywhere. We never saw you. On the other hand, the Girasole restaurant is top-notch, and the staff there is very courteous.

Tuttavia, abbiamo notato che entrambe le recensioni (la sua e quella subito sotto) sembrano riflettere lo stesso soggiorno, e ci sarebbe stato utile avere un confronto diretto durante la vostra permanenza per poter affrontare insieme eventuali disagi. Il nostro obiettivo è sempre quello di far sentire i nostri ospiti a casa, e ogni suggerimento o problema segnalato tempestivamente è per noi un'opportunità per correggere e migliorare. Le rispondo confermando che la descrizione dell'annuncio così come le foto corrispondono perfettamente alla struttura, la colazione comprende torte, muffin, muesli alla cioccolata e alla frutta, yogurt, pane, fette biscottate, pancarrè, marmellate, nutella, succhi di frutta, salato, caffè, cappuccino, tè. La camera viene pulita ogni 3 giorni, voi avevate prenotato per 10 giorni ed il primo giorno, dopo la colazione, avete deciso di andarvene dopo 3 giorni (scalando la caparra) e non vi ho addebitato alcuna penale nonostante avessi potuto farlo. Il rumore del bagno di circa 5 secondi in seguito allo scarico era dovuto ad un semplice problema tecnico che è stato ovviamente risolto appena possibile con un idraulico. Non mi avete mai vista poichè non siete mai venuti a fare colazione.

Top restaurant. Breakfast does not meet any tourist standards. Rooms are very simply furnished, the water flush in the bathroom makes very loud noises afterwards. The room was not cleaned, nor made up for three nights, nor was the trash emptied, even though we always left the room at 8:00.

Il nostro obiettivo è sempre quello di far sentire i nostri ospiti a casa, e ogni suggerimento o problema segnalato tempestivamente è per noi un'opportunità per correggere e migliorare. Le rispondo confermando che la colazione è a buffet e comprende muesli alla frutta e alla cioccolata, ciambella, yogurt misti, marmellate, nutella, fette biscottate, pancarrè, formaggio, ciauscolo (salume tipico marchigiano), succhi di frutta, caffè, cappuccino, orzo. Lo scarico dell'acqua produceva qualche secondo di rumore al momento dello scarico ma è stato risolto dall'idraulico, purtroppo capita che possano esserci dei problemi tecnici nelle camere. La camera viene pulita ogni tre giorni così come sta scritto sul sito, sulle info utili che vi ho mandato al momento della prenotazione e nel foglio con le informazioni in camera.

The property is surrounded by greenery and just a few kilometers from various attractions - beaches of Conero, Loreto, Recanati. Priscilla is very kind and helpful.

Spectacle! We had a great time, the room was spacious and above all clean with all the comforts, as was the bathroom. Priscilla is great and also advises you on what to visit. The breakfast is plentiful, nothing is missing. Positive is the restaurant downstairs which in the evening, if you do not want to go out, is very convenient and you eat really well, fish or meat. We are very close to everything, in Camerano, 2 km there is also a large supermarket if you need something. In 5 minutes we are at the sea, really excellent. Thank you Priscilla for your hospitality and kindness. See you soon.

To improve: install handrails for the stairs to the Girasole and Ginestra rooms. Provide a welcome kit in the room (missing). Improve the quality of the breakfast and equip the room with air conditioning.

I stayed for one night, easily reachable from the center, quiet and super clean room. Before arriving, the owner sent us a video with instructions on how to independently get the room key, everything was very simple and functional. Very quiet area and nice view. I also recommend it for longer stays, parking is very convenient.

The rooms are very spacious as well as the bathrooms. The structure is typical of a farmhouse with careful finishes. The breakfast does not offer a wide choice but it is more than sufficient and above all the kindness and availability of Priscilla make the difference. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights at Il Girasole Country House, a family-run bed and breakfast. The breakfast is good, the room spacious, clean, and equipped with every comfort. Below the accommodations, there is a restaurant where you can have dinner in the evening, very good. Despite being right under the rooms, it doesn't disturb sleep at all. Everything is set in an extremely relaxing and peaceful countryside context. The location is very convenient to reach the main beaches of Conero and to explore the beautiful inland villages. In conclusion, a special thanks goes to Priscilla who has always been super helpful, present, and welcoming. If there is a chance, we will definitely come back.

Le pulizie giornaliere sono garantite se si libera la stanza entro le 11, come stà scritto sia nelle info utili prima dell'arrivo che vi ho inviato appena avete prenotato la camera che all'interno della camera. Se uscite dalla stanza alle 11.30 le pulizie giornaliere saltano. La colazione è dalle 8 alle 10 e ve l'ho fatta fare anche se la mattina scendevate alle 10.15, infine il check out, come vi avevo detto era entro le 10 e voi avete liberato la stanza alle 11.30. Le regole ed il rispetto per chi lavora sono molto importanti.

Beautiful location in a quiet place and surrounded by greenery. Breakfast served in a stunning, well-kept garden. Priscilla always ready to cater to your desires. I would increase the range of products for those who, like us, enjoy a savory protein breakfast (e.g. ricotta, eggs, bacon, prosciutto crudo, whole grain bread with seeds, etc.). Definitely worth going back.

Very beautiful structure with a large and well-kept garden, reserved parking, spacious and clean room, possibility of dining at the restaurant (separate from the B&B) at fair prices, strategic location to quickly reach the beaches of Numana and Sirolo. Satisfactory stay. Miss Priscilla was always helpful and kind. We dined at the restaurant twice and were very pleased with the quality price as well. The fridge in the room didn't cool sufficiently and the cold water in the bathroom was too hot.

Exceptional hospitality in the countryside, surrounded by sunflowers and animals, just a few minutes from the beaches of Conero. Comfort and cleanliness, kindness and abundant excellent breakfast for a complete relaxation. Clean, beautiful, easily accessible B&B, a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Numana and Sirolo, 1 hour from the Frasassi Caves, within a maximum radius of 30 km there are many wonderful inland towns (Loreto, Recanati, Castelfidardo, Osimo...). Priscilla is a very kind person, available to provide all the information you may need, always smiling. Her recommendations for nearby restaurants have never disappointed, I really recommend following her suggestions, they definitely made our holiday better. Our room (Betulla) was very spacious, very comfortable, and always perfectly tidy. The breakfast is excellent, nothing is missing. The B&B is located within a farmhouse where there is a very popular restaurant in the evening (especially during the month of August), we stopped there a couple of evenings and the food is good. I recommend it without a doubt.

Excellent base for visiting Conero and its surroundings. Just a few minutes by car from Sirolo and Numana in a natural setting. Possibility of dining on site. Well done Priscilla with excellent and attentive management and always available with advice and suggestions. Recommended 100%.

The B&B is in an excellent location for those who want to visit the Conero Park and a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches. Spacious room and excellent level of cleanliness. Priscilla is always available for any questions. Unfortunately, the restaurant below can be heard; we had the misfortune of staying on a weekend when there were graduation and birthday parties. For those with light sleep, it may not be the best solution.

From June 15th to 19th, 2021, we stayed for 4 nights in this country house surrounded by fields of wheat and sunflowers, recommended to us by our daughter who had already been there. Located on a hill, it is very convenient to visit the beautiful villages in the surrounding area and to reach the sea. Welcomed with sympathy and professionalism by Priscilla, we had a great time and we highly recommend it. We found the restaurant in the same structure convenient for dinner, but there are several alternatives in the surroundings. A praise to Priscilla for the excellent management and a warm greeting to her and Pietro.

Very nice place. Clean and spacious room, strategic location for the sea and visits to the inland villages. The staff (Priscilla) is super helpful for any request. I feel like recommending it. The only drawback, having the restaurant under the rooms, is a bit noisy in the evening... but it's summer and we are (I hope) coming out of the covid period, who doesn't want joy and celebrations. Nice vacation!

Beautiful structure overlooking the Madonna di Loreto church, very quiet area with a beautiful garden equipped with children's games. Room just the right size even for a family with young children like us, excellent cleanliness. Fresh breakfast both sweet and savory with excellent pairing in line with the category. Very caring owner and attentive to welcoming us in the best way. We will definitely return to this property!

Sunflower room for 4 nights: spacious, quiet and very clean. The welcome and kindness of Priscilla are exceptional. Excellent welcome for dogs with a small welcome surprise for them too. Ideal location for visiting the Conero.

I stayed at this property with my wife, we had a great time, the structure is very welcoming, the rooms spacious. The most important thing is Prescilla who manages the Girasole with her kindness. She doesn't let you miss anything, always caring and professional. Thank you Prescilla, we will definitely come back to your Girasole Country House.
