Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

La stanza pulitissima, ben arredata e bagno nuovo, comodo e fornito di tutto il necessario (phon compreso). Nonostante si trovi su una strada molto trafficata, non risulta rumorosa. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Posizione per me comodissima, vicino alle facoltà di scienze dell'università e all'ospedale San Martino. Comodo il fatto di poter concordare l'orario del check-in e di essere poi indipendenti nell'entrare e uscire dalla struttura.

Camera pulita, opportunamente insonorizzata (quindi tranquilla nonostante la vicinanza al traffico) e ben climatizzata. Unico appunto: avrei desiderato avere un cestino anche in camera e non solo fuori nel corridoio, cosi da non dovere uscire tutte le volte per buttare qualcosa!

Ho avuto il grande piacere di soggiornare in affittacamere San Martino. Soggiorno tranquillo in monolocale e molto comodo la zona. Molto vicino ospedale San Martino. Ci rivedremo ancora se c’è occasione. Grazie.
