Great location to visit the area, very kind staff. Our room was very small and not very well maintained in detail. Furthermore, it has a single French window that opens directly into the courtyard where breakfast is served in the morning. The first morning we slept there, we opened the shutter and we were in our underwear in front of families having breakfast.

Promoted with full marks. Manager and staff always fully available, very kind and professional. Really valid structure. Excellent breakfast as well as lunches and dinners of excellent quality and quantity. Clean and well-structured pool. What can I say, the only off-key note is: "why not go back?". Peace, tranquility, silence and nature and finally being pampered by the staff and the manager is priceless.

We stayed for 3 nights, we had a great time with the services offered to us.\nThe owner, Rosario, is a very kind person always ready to help and satisfy your every request, but not only him, all the staff is like that, friendly, kind, and ready to please you.\nThe pool is well maintained, the structure is surrounded by greenery, the rooms are spacious and the idea of relaxation is expressed perfectly, everything served with great calm, without the usual rush to finish everything immediately.\nThe breakfast was rich and with a choice, lunch or dinner, according to your request, was excellent.\nIn short, a vacation to absolutely redo!\nThank you for everything!

I contacted the property but then I did not stay there anymore due to personal reasons. The fact remains that the manager had contacted me and proved to be very helpful both in terms of price and in accepting the holiday bonus. Moreover, given my indecision, he was also available for a last-minute booking, ensuring me that he would not change the price (provided there was an available room). In short, he showed great flexibility and intelligence given the situation we are going through. Top!

Structure and location very suggestive in the heart of the baroque of the Val di Noto. The staff, very young, and the manager, Rosario, were very courteous and always ready to meet our needs. The quadruple room I used was spacious and comfortable. A point of merit for the daily cleaning and for the cuisine of the also very young chef. All this made the stay extremely pleasant and relaxing. The judgment can only be excellent. Well done.

Very nice property, managed by young, kind, and always available staff. The Director, Giorgio, always prompt and available for any request. The room is equipped with everything: air conditioning, TV, bathroom, and always punctual cleaning. I don't know if I will return to the area, but if I do, I will choose Tre Balate Resort again.

Resort of great respect in the splendid Modica countryside, very well maintained and managed (note of great merit) by young and motivated people. The structure is located a few km by car from Modica and 20 minutes from the beach and cultural places of interest. Rosario, the manager, was very kind and very helpful, as well as the good cook. Rooms equipped with necessary comforts such as a beautiful bathroom with a large shower, wardrobe etc. The only flaw was the mattress, which for us was too firm perhaps because it was paired with very low and soft pillows. I hope to find good pillows on our return, perhaps memory foam ones. The pool is kept quite well. Last but not least, the wonderful quiet that surrounds this structure, which in my opinion is priceless! I absolutely recommend it for a true relaxation break. See you next year!

Well-maintained and very charming structure with a beautiful pool, convenient for visiting the art cities in the area. Managed by a group of polite and educated young boys who make you feel at home, if we really want to find a flaw, there is a bit of lack of experience in managing everything but it is largely compensated by the enthusiasm and energy of their young age. Recommended for both families and young people as long as you have your own means of transport, as, like almost all of Sicily, the area is not served by public transport. In conclusion, I hope to be able to stay again in this splendid location.

The pool area should be taken care of better in terms of greenery, and especially replace those old gazebos and umbrellas that are falling apart with new furnishings. Otherwise, everything is fine, excellent cuisine and very kind manager.

The location of the structure is convenient for visiting the most beautiful areas of Ragusa and the wonderful area of Syracuse. Abundant breakfast, all served at the table. Rating 10.

We stayed at this property from July 31st to August 3rd. We had a good time, they always accommodated us in every way! Excellent strategic position 15 minutes from the sea and the center of Modica. We recommend it to those who love tranquility, as you can experience absolute relaxation! Excellent varied and abundant breakfast and super clean rooms. Beautiful structure with typical local architecture. Large, fresh, and extremely clean room. Abundant, varied, and high-quality breakfast. The cook is kind, lovely, and always smiling, cooks excellently.
