Carmen is a great host and even helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. She also provides tons of information and suggestions for what to see and do in town. The property is in the center of old town and has great amenities. This definitely enhanced our time in Cagliari!

Perfect! Very clean, comfortable and in the middle of Cagliari. Parking is no problem in the parking garage, nearby (8€/24h). Big recommendation!

Great accommodation in a central location. Cozy, clean, fully and comfortably equipped. An oasis in a great and central location. Very kind landlady, always ready with great advice and tips - if desired. We felt at home.

Good location to visit Cagliari although the alley where it is located is dark at night. To improve in the room: The mattress is not quite comfortable and I would have preferred to have a small fridge in the room. In the common area, there is a shared fridge, where it is nice to have water available.

Central and very quiet. There are some stairs to enter the property. It is something to consider if you have bulky luggage or are a person with reduced mobility.

Very unique structure in the heart of the city, from there you can easily reach on foot the historic district, the shopping streets, and the port. Equipped with an outdoor relaxation area, you can choose between a dip in the Jacuzzi or a reading under the lemon tree. It captivated me! I found myself projected into a different world, made of design, nature, and relaxation. The friendliness and hospitality are top-notch. Clean room, very spacious, and equipped with every comfort.

Structure in the heart of Cagliari very welcoming, quiet, with great attention to detail and cleanliness of 10 and praise. Carmen, the owner, very kind and always available, gave us many useful information for our stay. There is a small garden with a Jacuzzi, a relaxation area furnished with great taste and a coffee corner with pods and herbal teas always available for guests. The location is strategic because it allows you to visit the entire historic center on foot. In my next stays in Cagliari I will always come here. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming, attention to detail, cleanliness is top-notch. The owner is very cute and very present. \nIn the property, guests have access to a common kitchen and a relaxation area furnished with great taste. \nLocated in the heart of Cagliari, at the foot of the Bastion and a few minutes from the marina. \nVery convenient parking so you can walk around the city.
