Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 11:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 6 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax

We do not have a 24-hour reception, communication of the expected arrival time is appreciated.
For arrivals after the reception closing time, a letter will be prepared with all the instructions and keys to reach your accommodation independently.

Monday is the closing day of our internal restaurant.

The property is very attractive in its Tuscany country style. Everything is very clean and tidy, and the food at the restaurant is reasonably good, maybe a little expensive. The best feature of the place is that it’s very close to Siena, only 8 km away. One could easily go by bike in the warm season.
