Luca was very kind, the location of the property is about 15 minutes from the center. The location is residential and quiet. Everything is perfect.

The apartment where Luca hosted us is located on the first floor with an elevator in a very elegant area just outside the historic center of Bologna. We are indeed at the level of Porta Castiglione, about 1 km walk from Piazza Maggiore and San Petronio Basilica. The apartment would need to be modernized: the furnishings are very dated, only the kitchen and bathrooms have actually been recently renovated. The real added value is Luca: helpful, down-to-earth, always full of advice and recommendations, we really appreciated him. Finally, another very appreciated feature is the silence that reigns around the apartment and the included parking space. In Bologna, having a place to leave the car is priceless! Thank you Luca, we will see you again next time!
