You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We spent 4 nights at the B&B and were delighted. The room is spacious, very clean and with everything you need. The breakfast was good. Excellent location in the heart of Trastevere.

The hosts were friendly and helpfull. Location is great, close to city center, various restaurants and bars. There are a few things that could be better but overall a good place to stay a few days during a city break.

Super nice big room with small balcony. the bathroom was also fine. even though the address says noise, the room is set back from the road - we slept fantastically well and the beds were good. A small minus was the breakfast - especially when you book for a week.

Idéalement situé, logement impeccable (chambre beaucoup plus jolie que sur la photo de surcroît ! ) Hôte à l’écoute, plein de conseils et qui facilite réellement votre séjour. Balcon coquet dans cette grande chambre très agréable. Et le top: au calme car donne sur une cour privée donc quartier extrêmement vivant mis chambre au calme, l’idéal ! Séjour génial !

Très bon séjour passé au New Morning. Parfait pour visiter Rome ! La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très arrangeants.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce B&B. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et accueillants. La chambre était parfaite avec un gros plus pour le balcon! La localisation au top, dans un quartier animé avec de nombreux bars et restaurants et à 20 min à pied des monuments historiques! Nous recommandons cet établissement!

El alojamiento esta bien ubicado, tranquilo pero cerca de los bares y restaurantes de la zona. Los anfitriones Jada y Davide muy atentos y amables comunicándose via whassapp para darnos indicaciones, nos dejaron dejar las maletas allí hasta irnos al aeropuerto. El desayuno esta bastante bien pan, cereales, yogurt, leche, café, bollería y puedes coger lo que quieras La habitación muy amplia y el baño también y reformado, el agua caliente va perfectamente. La pega que le pongo un poco es la limpieza, voy a explicarme un poco en eso. La limpieza normal bien papeleras con su bolsa, baño limpio, suelo limpio, toallas, pero en el techo del baño había muchas manchas de humedad, mirabas en los marcos de las puertas, aire acondicionado, filo azulejos y había mucho polvo y las cortinas de mi habitación ni que decir unas manchas enormes, desde mi punto de vista mejorar en ese aspecto por lo demás todo genial.

Muy buena ubicación con muchas paradas de autobús en los alrededores. Precioso el barrio del Trastevere donde disfrutar de un paseo, aperitivo o cena. Los encargados Davide y Jada encantadores. Si repetimos desde luego que tendremos en cuenta este alojamiento.

Le camere e la cucina sono piacevoli e ben pulite. Invece le porte delle camere non sono per niente insonorizzate; quando si parla in cucina si sente tutto nelle camere. Il check-in è abbastanza complicato per chi non usa whatsapp! Peccato che non ci sia un'alternativa, non ci si può aspettare che ogni cliente dia i suoi dati privati a facebook per entrare in una camera.
