Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-out For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Pets

If you are interested to confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% will be required. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned, but it can be used in another period.
Excellent structure, immersed in a spectacular natural environment. Large swimming pool, volleyball net, small football field, ping pong and table football. Several apartments and rooms with private bathrooms. Our room (lavender) is spacious, clean and appreciated the welcome basket (juice, water, milk, cookies). The girls at the reception are very kind and hospitable. However, I would improve the breakfast (which is an extra for the stay) by adding local products in addition to just croissants, or something savory.
Beautiful farmhouse expertly renovated in the middle of the countryside a few kilometers from Casole and Colle Val d'Elsa. Spectacular entrance avenue. Very kind and helpful staff. The pool is also beautiful.
L'agriturismo è bellissimo ottima la posizione immerso nel verde ma vicino ai bellissimi centri storici, ottima la pulizia degli alloggi e della piscina.
