We are located at the heart of Brescia's old town centre in Piazzetta San Giorgio near the church of the same name. Close by are Piazza Loggia and Piazza Duomo, and just a five minute walk away there is the monumental complex housing the monastery of Santa Giulia and Brescia Castle.

It is not a B&B (there is no breakfast) but a wonderful and gorgeous apartment.

Good morning, I rate this property excellent for the quality/price ratio, despite being in the historic center, very convenient for walking and for every service, being inside an alley there was absolute silence. We had a great time and it will definitely be our destination for the next stay in Brescia. I have already recommended it to our friends. Thanks to the very kind manager Mr. Roberto. See you soon.

I booked the apartment for my parents who had a great time. The manager is very friendly and helpful, we immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is located in a small square right in the center (a stone's throw from Piazza della Loggia), the area is very quiet and very nice. The apartment is new and very clean. My parents had a good stay partly thanks to the apartment and will return.

I stayed in Brescia for two days for work. The B&B manager was very friendly, the room was clean and welcoming even if not very spacious. The location is very good, in the center. The only small inconvenience is for those traveling by car. Unfortunately, the parking spaces in the center are all for residents, so you have to park a 5-minute walk away. Excellent value for money.

Well-located property for transportation and attractions to visit, the environment is clean and new even though the external building is historic. A bit difficult to find if you don't know the place.

This is a recently renovated apartment in a beautiful ancient house in the center of Brescia. There are two rooms, with independent entrance, one with and one without a kitchen. The windows overlook a very quiet square and the area itself is calm. The owner is very discreet and kind. Since it is apparently a Bed and Breakfast, the only negative point is that breakfast is not included in the room price, meaning there is none at all. Other than that, I would say it is an excellent structure.

The car parks of the city near the B & B are:
Victoria Square in 5 minutes on foot from 20 to 7 hours only costs € 1, during the day is the most expensive car park in the city. It 's too full in 10-12 and 15. 30 to 17. 30 hours. And it’s advisable to park at different times. The navigator is often deceived if you ask Vittoria Square, therefore recommend that you take Overpass Kennedy towards Center Brescia, which enters via Gramsci, which ends at the entrance dell'autosilo.
Fossa Bagni is cheaper and less crowded, is a 10 minute walk from the B & B.
You can also park for free on the castle hill to seven minute walk from the Piazzetta San Giorgio. Make sure that the roads from there to the B & B are cobbled, and can sometimes pose a problem to pull the trolleys.
From there you can easily reach the train station in 15 minutes.
