Very nice room in a very modern guest house. However, the kitchen is not really a kitchen, there are no cooking utensils (no pots), nor serving plates (dishes). Additionally, when we tried to open a drawer to see what was inside (we could hear a washing machine and wondered if we had access), I received a message from the owner telling me not to open the drawer (knowing that the drawer was closed so I couldn't open it). This proves that at that moment, he was behind the cameras and observing us. He also sent the wifi code when I looked behind the box to get the code. I don't find this correct. Other than that, it is well located and close to the center.

Gentile ospite, Come indicato nel sito di prenotazione, non c’è una cucina in cui poter cucinare, per questo è importante prestare attenzione alle dotazioni della struttura prima di prenotare. Inoltre le ricordo che lei ha prenotato un affittacamere (lo dice la parola stessa “ affitta-camere”, non una casa intera ad uso esclusivo in cui avete la possibilità di cucinare). Detto ciò, prima di arrivare siete stati avvisati del fatto che la zona dell’ingresso, per questioni di sicurezza e’ videosorvegliata, quindi lo sapevate molto bene e aggiungo che se foste stati più educati non avreste mai forzato le portine del mobile chiuso a chiave, per poter visionarne il contenuto. A casa mia si chiama maleducazione, perché se è chiuso a chiave significa che non è consentito l’accesso. Saluti, Fabiola.

Very convenient place both for its location and for its facilities. The staff were very kind and helpful. Recommended.

Great location in a very nice area with easy parking, small but very welcoming structure. We chose this B&B for the second time and it is always a guarantee of cleanliness and quality, in addition to the kindness and precision of Fabiola whom we thank. We will come back again.

B&b in a great location and well maintained. However, I forgot my toiletry bag (which also contained some perfumes) and no one contacted me afterwards to let me know. I expected at least a phone call. For this reason, my rating can only be low.

Gentile ospite, Siamo veramente dispiaciuti perché purtroppo la signora delle pulizie si è dimenticata di comunicarmi in giornata che aveva dimenticato il beauty case e lo aveva riposto in dispensa, come accade per tutte le cose che vengono dimenticate e che restituiamo. Le ho chiesto scusa per non averglielo comunicato in giornata, ma come le ho spiegato, il suo beauty case è ancora lì, e mi sono resa disponibile per consegnarlo al corriere, ma lei non si è più fatto vivo. Noi siamo qui, e la aspettiamo volentieri!

New structure, very convenient location, 5 minutes walk from Porto Frailis beach and strategic for reaching the beaches of Tortolì. The only two shortcomings are cleaning scheduled only once a week and the relative change of linen and Wi-Fi that does not work well.

Fabiola is perfect as well as the Acquazzurra bed and breakfast, brand new, quiet, and air-conditioned, in an excellent location to visit the coast, go to the beach even on foot, and with excellent restaurants a few minutes away. Also, the boat trip organized by the bed and breakfast was fantastic. Recommended.
