Cà Rossa Suite & Breakfast stands among the enchanting vineyards of Montagna in Valtellina, under the imposing Castel Grumello. This agriturismo, inaugurated in October 2019, is distinguished by its originality and privileged location that offers a spectacular view of the valley below.

The two suites, Pop suite and Retro suite, are carved into the rock and designed over two levels, with spacious areas of about 50 square meters. Beautifully positioned in Grumello facing southeast, south, and southwest. Stunning views of the valley. Isaac loves Valtellina and it is clear. We were there for a work trip but I would easily go back for vacation. Value far exceeded my expectations.

A magical place. Magical starting from the wonderful view over the city of Sondrio, made even more special by the splendid terrace surrounded by vineyards. The suite? Superb. Modern decor taken care of in detail, equipped with everything that can be useful for a comfortable stay (mini-bar, coffee machine, kettle for water, TV and Bluetooth speaker), but above all with windows that show the very rock from which the suites were carved. Magnificent the idea of the pillow menu to meet the needs of each guest and enchanting the breakfast served directly in the room inside the basket used for grape collection during harvest time. The detail of the products offered during breakfast does not go unnoticed, all able to enhance the territory and in full respect of seasonality (juices, jams, honey, bread, homemade sweets, yogurt, and fresh fruit). There is also the possibility of having savory variations, upon request. The pride of this B&B, however, absolutely wants and must be the hospitality. Isaac is present and available throughout the stay and with his welcome he reveals all the love and dedication he has for his work. Claudia - behind the scenes - takes care of every detail, from the impeccable cleanliness of the room to the sweets she prepares with her own hands for breakfast. Little Nina is a perfect “receptionist” who perfectly supports the work of her parents and I am sure that little Anna will do the same soon. The passion with which Isaac tells where he and his family started from and seeing what projects they still have for the future leaves a mark. The gifts at the end of the stay, much appreciated, unfortunately also “the number 5”, encapsulate the whole experience and make you return home with a smile. Here the 5 stars are a must and it would be easy to give them just for the location… actually what completely makes the difference and leaves a nice memory is knowing that you were not just a number, but in some way you became part of the family. Enchanting location. Everything is just perfect. The property is located in a strategic place where you can admire the entire city of Sondrio. It is family-run and the owners are very welcoming, always available for anything. You can see that they care a lot about their work and do it with passion. The suite where we stayed is very modern and welcoming. Impeccable cleanliness and attention to every detail. In this pandemic period, they also offer dinner service in collaboration with a local restaurant (very good). The breakfast is something unique! You have to try it to believe it.

Absolutely enchanting location, with a breathtaking view of the city of Sondrio and the mountains framing it, along with a beautiful belt of vineyards. The large French doors allow you to enjoy a beautiful panorama and the area ensures unparalleled peace and relaxation. Isaac and Claudia are very welcoming hosts and make a great effort to make you feel at home. Breakfast is brought to the room directly by Isaac or Claudia and is very rich and varied. Upon request and at no extra cost, you can have extra dishes, chosen from a menu provided at the beginning of the stay. Another strong point is the flexibility for check-in and check-out and the good responsiveness of the hosts in communications, which take place via WhatsApp. The only flaw that comes to mind: the price. If I hadn't used the Holiday Bonus, I probably would have had to opt for a more economical solution. But on the other hand, I imagine that a structure of this kind has significant costs.

The house is situated in a location with a beautiful view of Sondrio, furnished in a modern style, clean, with underfloor heating and therefore very warm. Many services, such as room cleaning, breakfast brought to the room (breakfast that includes many things like pastries, organic juices, freshly squeezed juices and much more like eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, etc), possibility to have dinner brought to the room (booked at a very good restaurant nearby). Owners very helpful and friendly, they treated us like kings. Highly recommended if you want to have a weekend of relaxation and serenity. Nearby there are opportunities for various excursions, both on foot and by bike. Highly recommended.

Pulizia, cortesia, gentilezza e serietà fanno di voi degli ospiti che tutti vorrebbero avere. Il nostro lavoro ci da molte soddisfazioni e molta voglia di fare sempre più del nostro meglio ma davvero, a caricarci siete proprio voi che ci trasmettete una carica positiva a mille. Purtroppo il servizio cena in questi giorni non è possibile effettuarlo causa Covid e ci dispiace molto che non abbiate potuto usufruirne. Chi lo sa che la prossima volta non ci scappa anche una bella cenetta romantica..prima però sorseggiando insieme un buon bicchiere di vino rosso in compagnia. I stayed with my boyfriend for two nights at Cà Rossa - Suite and Breakfast. I am writing a complete review for those who, like me and my boyfriend, love to find magnificent places cared for in every detail. Room: the room is cared for in the smallest details, with even a sewing kit, toothbrush, and razor! Breathtaking view from the two large windows: from one you can see the city at night very illuminated and from the other you can admire huge imposing mountains. One thing I loved is the view of the rock directly from the room... fantastic. The shower with a view from the room? Fabulous. Reception: the owners are attentive to every need, they even insisted on carrying our luggage to the room. Very friendly, nice, helpful, and not to forget the beautiful daughters who with their kindness and goodness gave us smiles. One morning we ran out of napkins and this beautiful little girl came to bring them. Oh my, the breakfast... the real strong point (not that the others are not, indeed)! Offer in the room in a basket, with a sweet made by the wife and rich in every imaginable dish but... no spoiler: to try! Location: a stone's throw from the center of Sondrio, but surrounded by vineyards. A great compromise to be able to visit some places in the surroundings and to enjoy the tranquility that few structures can offer. In conclusion, I just say that I cried when I left... Hoping to see you again soon.

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay in the Retro suite, beautiful, spacious, welcoming, and equipped with every comfort! The huge shower with a view of the rocky wall is stunning. The view is very suggestive, with mountains and vineyards just a few minutes from the center of Sondrio. Isaac warmly welcomed us, making us feel at home right away. Claudia pampered us with fabulous breakfasts, served in the room in baskets used for grape harvesting! Everything was delicious and lactose-free (I'm intolerant). Thanks again!

Fantastic location. Boundless kindness and the backdrop of Valtellina. Isaac and his family hosted us in their magnificent house with great kindness and preparation in welcoming the guest. Everything taken care of in the smallest details, such as attention to details in the restructuring phase of the structure, the love and conscious choice of the fantastic breakfast, and the small (but significant) thoughts at the end of the stay, all excellent. The B&B Cà Rossa leaves you with a sense of nostalgia when you leave! The Retro room is surrounded by vineyards with a terrace that offers a spectacular view, especially in the evening with all the lights of the town of Sondrio on. Isaac, the owner, is a delightful, kind, and super helpful person. Moreover, his wife Claudia personally prepares some sweets for breakfast in the room, another highlight of the property. We usually frequent the area but we never ever thought there was a place where hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail reigned in this dream suite overlooking the vineyards that frame a breathtaking panorama of the valley and the city of Sondrio. The location is strategic for visiting many points of interest including Castel Grumello and dining in excellent restaurants recommended by the legendary Isaac, but don't overdo it and leave some space for the abundant and excellent breakfast prepared by Claudia and served directly in the room. I stayed at this property for one night and I must say it is nothing short of fabulous. The Retro room stands out from the classic rooms for its modern and comfortable look. From the balcony, you could spend hours admiring the fantastic panorama represented by the entire village built amidst the mountains. The owner and his family hosted us in a friendly and warm manner, and prepared a delicious and abundant breakfast with a variety of juices, jams, bread, nectars, yogurt, and much more. I highly recommend spending a weekend here because it's a gift of emotions, congratulations again and see you next time!

Beautiful structure, very well taken care of even in the smallest details, dominant position over Sondrio and a view from above of the city. Excellent hospitality to the point of feeling at home. A little "Miracle" like the wine produced by the hosts. The whole family contributes to making the stay unique. Too bad we only stayed one night. Fantastic breakfast! Thank you for everything.

There are no words to describe our stay. A wonderful welcome from the hosts, the beautiful and carefully furnished suite, impeccable cleanliness, fragrant linen, abundant breakfast served in the room with a view of the city of Sondrio. You just have to try to understand.

The first thing to say about Cà Rossa - Suite And Breakfast is that it truly stays in your heart! We spent 3 truly wonderful days. Already at the moment we were welcomed by Isaac and his beautiful daughter Nina, you understand that you have arrived in a place where love prevails! We are accompanied to our Pop suite, immersed in their beautiful vineyard, and as soon as you enter you realize that nothing has been left to chance. The large glass surfaces offer a breathtaking view, and the arrival of the evening makes everything even more magical, it really seems to be in a place suspended in time. The next morning we meet Claudia, Isaac's wife and sublime pastry chef, who brings us one of the best breakfasts ever with the typical “cavagn” (basket used for grape harvesting) rich in 0 km products that would truly make a king envious, and where the real highlight is the Blueberry Cheesecake of the 1st day, the Chocolate Chip Muffins of the 2nd day and the Nutella Tartlet of the 3rd day, (just thinking about it still makes our mouth water) all prepared with love by Claudia. Guys, you should teach others what truly welcoming tourists means! We sincerely hope to be able to come and visit you soon.

Believe it? Isaac and Claudia believe in it. Small gestures, lots of kindness, and family warmth make Cà Rossa - Suite and Breakfast a little paradise in Valtellina. We stayed with a young child in this property for only one night, unfortunately. Nothing to say, simply fantastic. The manager Isaac's cordiality, kindness, and friendliness left us with a beautiful memory. We want to point out that upon our arrival we found a stranger, upon our return we left a friend.

We had the privilege of being the first guests and were warmly welcomed. The property is completely surrounded by vineyards in a panoramic position. The room is spacious, very clean, with modern and welcoming decor. Abundant breakfast with excellent local products.
