Beatus Viator is a modern guest house located in the center of Rome on the first floor of a historic Umbertino-style building from the 1900s with vaulted ceilings with all the comforts and comforts of a superior category hotel at affordable prices only 50 meters from the entrance of the Termini station and the subway that winds throughout the city.

For those coming by plane: from Fiumicino airport with the Leonardo da Vinci train you can reach the station in 40 minutes and also from Ciampino airport with the bus you have the Capolinea stop right in front of our entrance door.

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Severin was a delightful host. Our room was clean and well equiped and we really enjoyed the breakfast provided. The location is perfect for anyone arriving in Rome by train and just across the road from the bus going to and from the airport. The bus terminus is also close by so getting around the city is easy although the major sights are still within walking distance.

My fiance and I were only in Rome for a night and needed a place that was close to the train station so this was perfect. The host was very nice and waited for us even though we had a few delays getting there. The breakfast was also good. My fiance is tall (6'4) so he felt a little crammed in the room but overall it was a clean and cozy room with private bath. We were a little concerned with the area surrounding this B&B as it seemed a little unsafe but we are familiar with how lively and active a city can be so we were just careful when walking outside. Plenty of restaurant options walking distance as well. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay.

Excellent location for travelling around Rome or Italy by train! The host graciously brought us an excellent breakfast early so that we could catch our train in the morning. The space is very clean and has everything that you need!

The guest house was kept very secure, which is vital to travelers. The room and bathroom were spacious, very well maintained and very clean. Good and adequate facilities. We have our privacy and the host was very welcoming and offered great service. The breakfast trolley every morning was such a delight. The location is superb, next to the Roma Termini station. Thank you Severine for your hospitality. We will certainly stay with you again when we are back in Rome.

Ambiente grazioso, pulito e ben curato. Gentilissima la signora Sevrine che ci ha accolto con una graditissima bottiglia di acqua fresca al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i nostri bagagli in custodia dopo il check out fino al pomeriggio.

La struttura è bellissima, la camera è molto molto più bella delle foto, ci ha sorpreso positivamente. La posizione è strategica, vicino a Termini, ci ha permesso di visitare tutta Roma usando tram, metro e bus. Le camere sono bellissime, il bagno privato perfetto e la pulizia eccellente. Il proprietario ci ha coccolato sin dall'ingresso e ci ha fatto sentire romani e non turisti. Il balcone ci ha permesso di guardare le stelle la notte di San Lorenzo. Tutto perfetto.

B&B a due passi dalla stazione Termini, in posizione strategica per che arriva o parte con il treno. L'appartamento è totalmente ristrutturato, credo da poco tempo perché é in ottime condizioni. Bagno completo di tutto e funzionale, frigo bar in camera con bibite e qualche snack, che non è scontato in un b&b. Colazione super abbondante, servita direttamente in camera all'orario richiesto; ma il plus del B&B è sicuramente Severine, la proprietaria, super gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta: è lei che prepara la colazione, che la porta in camera con il carrellino puntualissima alle 8, come abbiamo chiesto. Grazie Severine, quando tornereno a Roma torneremo sicuramente al Beatus Viator!

La casa è in un ottima posizione, proprio davanti a stazione Termini. la camera è bella, arredata a nuovo e pulitissima; il bagno è spazioso, dotato di molteplici asciugamani e prodotti per il corpo. La signora Severine è garbata, non invadente ma allo stesso tempo traspare umanità ed è informale - il che mette a proprio agio. E' palese che ama il suo lavoro. Tiene pulita la struttura in maniera asettica - il bagno profumato ed i pavimenti senza un filo di polvere. La colazione varia ed abbondante - servita in camera all'ora di scelta degli ospiti (nell'arco temporale previsto). Infine le procedure di sicurezza per entrare nel B&B che non sono affatto banali e che abbiamo apprezzato.

Soggiorno perfetto! La struttura è a due passi dalla stazione, cosa che risulta particolarmente comoda quando si viaggia con bagaglio; moderna, pulita, curata, dotata di soluzioni moderne per la sicurezza in merito all’accesso. La proprietaria Severine è gentilissima. Per la colazione si sceglie cosa si deciderà e la mattina la si riceve in camera all’orario concordato. Accetta bonus vacanze, che non è da tutti. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerò appena possibile!

Posizione ottima per quanto riguarda la possibilità di prendere treni e metro, e di raggiungere a piedi il centro con una camminata di una ventina di minuti. Pulizia e cordialità e buona colazione, servita in camera. L'unico appunto riguarda la zona non proprio bellissima di sera, come d'altronde in prossimità di tutte le stazioni nelle grandi città. Per il resto, di giorno è perfetta.

La struttura è tenuta molto bene e la proprietaria Severine è molto gentile disponibile e attenta a tutti i dettagli. Non manca niente ed è in posizione perfetta per raggiungere con la metro in pochi minuti tutti i punti d’interesse. La colazione non ha niente da invidiare a quella di un grande albergo perfetta ed accurata. Ci torneremo.

il B&B è a 5 minuti a piedi da stazione termini, la stanza è ultra-pulita e con tutti i confort, Francine ed i gestori sono molto disponibili, accoglienti e ci sono venuti incontro in tutte le nostre richieste per la nostra bambina di 2 anni, grazie! Ottima la colazione in camera, consigliamo vivamente sia per coppie che famiglie.

Devo dire che la proprietaria di questa Guest House è stata veramente molto simpatica e accogliente. Vi consiglio vivamente di fare un viaggio a Roma soggiornando qui, perchè vi sentirete a vostro agio e potrete girare comodamente in metro o in autobus partendo da una posizione strategica. Tutto perfetto! Sicuramente ritorneremo in questa struttura.

Molto comodo e oltretutto difronte alla stazione di Roma Termini. A soli 10/15 minuti dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni. Gestori cordiali e molto gentili oltre che disponibili. La struttura è molto carina, pulita. Colazione abbondante con ampia scelta nonostante la nostra visita durante le restrizioni per il COVID-19. Consigliatissimo

In ottima posizione, a due passi dalla stazione Roma Termini e comoda a tutti i servizi. Gestori cordiali e disponibili, di una gentilezza mai vista. Struttura ben curata e arredata, pulita e confortevole. Colazione abbondante e servita direttamente in camera. Consigliatissimo.

Il b&b Beatus Viator è affianco alla stazione Termini che è una gran comodità! L'appartamento all'interno si vede che è stato ristrutturato di recente. La proprietaria che lo gestisce è molto disponibile e gentile! Molto consigliato.

Ottima struttura, gestori veramente gentili e disponibili. Camera e bagno puliti, buona colazione servita direttamente in camera. La posizione è veramente comoda per chi viaggia in treno ed inoltre vicina al centro anche a piedi. Insomma davvero consigliata.

Prima volta che scrivo una recensione con molto piacere. Io e mia moglie ci trovati benissimo. A 2 minuti a piedi dalla metro e stazione Termini e 20 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile, camere praticamente nuove e perfettamente pulite. A soli 20 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo e a pochi minuti da fermate di metro e bus. Super consigliato!

Alloggio molto accogliente e comodo per spostamenti con i mezzi e anche a piedi. Ottimo per famiglia...anche numerosa. Colazione abbondante e varia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

La signora Severino è gentilissima e prepara delle colazioni casalinghe ottime ed abbondanti. La posizione è comoda sia per raggiungere il centro, che per prendere i mezzi pubblici. Il quartiere non è un granché ma è tranquillo. Consigliato.
