Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 8 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 60% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 7 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Excellent hotel. Very cozy and clean structure. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Also, the agreement for the entrance to the thermal center included in the price is beautiful. Therefore, I recommend you to bring a swimsuit and a towel to enjoy the wonders and relaxation offered by the Cascade thermal center in the nearby Campo Tures.

Very welcoming structure in typical Alto Adige style and furniture, a bit dated interior and bathroom of the room. Otherwise excellent, lovely location, very helpful owners, abundant breakfast.

Ci siamo trovati molto, molto bene in questa struttura gestita a livello familiare dalla famiglia Niederkofler. La sua posizione al centro della stupenda Lutago e a 20 metri dal fiume Rio Bianco che scorre a lato della struttura ne fa senz'altro un punto di forza. L'esterno e l'interno dell'albergo sono tipici delle costruzioni dell'Alto Adige. Le camere sono curate benissimo, con pulizia impeccabile. Da ogni camera si gode di un panorama magnifico dei monti intorno. Le colazioni (curate dalla brava signora Niederkofler) sono abbondanti e ottime. L'albergo offre come servizi inclusi l'abbonamento gratuito per tutti gli ospiti ai mezzi pubblici per gli spostamenti nelle località vicine e, soprattutto, la possibilità di entrare gratuitamente quando si vuole (! ) nelle meravigliose piscine di "Cascade" della vicinissima Campo Tures (un modo fantastico per rilassarsi dopo le faticose passeggiate sui monti !). Dulcis in fundo, la apprezzabile simpatia e disponibilità di HANNES (il figlio della signora) che spiega nei minimi particolari le opportunità di varie visite nei dintorni e non lesina consigli spesso importanti per i visitatori: veramente bravo ! Insomma, complimenti ai gestori per la loro struttura che consigliamo senz'altro !

Bellissimo paesino buonissima la colazione lo staff è sempre a vostra disposizione stanze pulite una jacuzzi calda a portata di mano vista montagna e la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente all'ingresso al complesso Cascade ogni giorno, lo consigliamo.

L'appartamento è in ottima posizione, tant'è che nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato non abbiamo mai preso la macchina. Il gestore, Marco è molto disponibile e attento per ogni cosa.

Hotel accogliente molto pulito, camere facilmente raggiungibili con ascensore anche se la struttura è solo di 2 piani (molto comodo), proprietari molto disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta, situato in zona molto tranquilla offre relax e la possibilità di belle passeggiate nei sentieri che partono nelle vicinanze. Colazione con ampia scelta sia dolce che salata. Spero di tornarci al più presto.

Ho seguito le recensioni positive di chi mi ha preceduto ed ho fatto bene. Premesso che la struttura accetta il bonus vacanza, cosa non da poco, è situata in una posizione invidiabile rispetto ad altre strutture ben più costose. Le camere sono belle con un balconcino da cui si può godere la vista delle montagne. La vicinanza dei boschi ti immerge nella natura, la vista degli stessi appaga gli occhi. Struttura a conduzione famigliare, si avvale di Hannes, incredibile nella sua gentilezza e nel mettersi a disposizione per qualsiasi domanda gli venga rivolta; poi sua mamma che si occupa insieme a lui delle colazioni abbondanti ed ottime oltremodo, e della gestione della struttura, oltre ovviamente al resto della famiglia che opera dietro le quinte. Che dire, persone squisite, mangiare ottimo, peccato non organizzino pranzi o cene (gli verrebbero benissimo) ed il tutto condito da un contesto paesaggistico come il Trentino può dare.
